| The customer service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast was impressive and full of variety. The high speed works wonderfully, I didn't get to try out the pool becuase I had too much to do, Only thing I didn't like was how anyone in lobby could see you in your suit. Very close to good restaurants and conveniences. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.. and have.

| The Comfort Suites Kings Island was a great place to stay. It was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The delicious complimentary breakfast was a great way to start an activity filled day. The pool was a nice way to relax in the evening after an exciting day at Kings Island. I would stay there again. It was convenient being so close to Kings Island. My girls and I had an end-of-the-school-year trip to remember. We had a blast!

| Easy access to I-71 with many good restaurants within walking distance. My destination was rt 42 in West Chester so it was an easy jump for me.
