| very nice hotel in Santa Clara. Free Breakfast, and food at evening social hour. Both meals encluded hot food and extras such as fruit and salad in the evening.

| The workers were friendly and helpful. I had no idea they serve dinner m-th and breakfast everyday. It was full on hotmeals not just danishes or snacks. Highspeed internet was good and the room was clean. Bonus points shower had good strength.

| I had a job interview in Santa Clara and I chose Hawthorne Suites due to convenient location- close to the airport and my interview. It definitely met my needs. The shuttle pick-up from the airport was prompt with a friendly driver. The complimentary fruit and movie video library was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet in the morning more than met my expectations. I pre-arranged for a shuttle ride to my interview. The shuttle driver in the morning was just as friendly. He even loaned me his umbrella for my interview as I didn't anticipate rain. The rooms were larger than I expected with a comfortable sofa and table area to sort my papers. The room was nice with plenty of towels, good toiletries, and clean. Overall, I was very pleased. This was my first stay at a Hawthorne hotel and I definitely would recommend it for business and leisure travel. Exceptional quality for the price.

| I have stayed at Hawthorn suite before, and it was a very good experience. However, this room I had surprised me. There is no kitchen facilities otherwise than a microwave and refrig (everything else you have to ask for at the front desk). The phone has a low humming sound, the facet had a greenish looking crust on the spout, flies (or some sort of flying insects) were flying around the dining area during the day. I normally do not write negative review, but the management really needs to pay attention to these things.

| I took a group of synchronized swimmers to this hotel to stay during team trials. The girls had a great breakfast every morning and at night they were able to rent a movie from the lobby assortment. It was the little personal touches that made the stay nice.
