| No issues. This hotel was nice. Convenient and easy to drive into downtown Toronto with free parking. Kind of difficult to find if you do not have directions.

| Hotel is OK. We put our passports in the safety deposit box. On the day of our departure, the receptionist spent 15-20 minutes and were unable to open our box. Luckily another person was able to figure out that the keys need to be swapped (master key on right instead of left). We were wondering if we had missed our flight, would the hotel pay for the losses? Anyway, I think they need to upgrade their safety deposit boxes or train the receptionist on how to open the safety deposit boxes.

| Overall, a good buy but some limitations. Fridge door was broken... ventilation between the two rooms was tough - sofa was frigid (next to A/C) but bedroom was only cool. Only had one PC available to check email etc. Haven't changed toner in awhile so don't expect to print boarding passes. Ice machines on 1 & 2; we were on 3, of course. Breakfast was decent - nothing outstanding. Quickly ran out of popular food items like muffins. Seating area limited for the overall capacity of hotel. Staff was good. Although directions over the phone were wrong when we were almost there. Watch your step coming out of hotel (drop off is not marked or warning listed). Tripped several times coming out.

| The hotel is in a quiet location. The park across street is uesless. The hotel has a small nice garden, breakfast is free. It's a 15 min drive to downtown Toronto, however, during weekday mornings, it could take up to an hour to get to CN tower. Hotel rooms are old, with a small TV and bathroom. Staff there are very polite and pleasant.

| It is really a nice hotel to stay in for buiness as family as well. Very conveniate location just 20 miles from Toronto Downtown and 80 miles from Niagara falls. I will stay there in my next trip to Toronto.

| Very nice room set up: small living room with working space, cpomfortable chair and desk with free-high seed internet. Rooms are bright (direct sun shine), spacious and clean.

| For those who have a car on their trip to Toronto, this hotel is the best option. Great service, great breakfast and really big cosy rooms. I will be more than happy to go back.

| If you are in Canada/Mississauga and need a hotel, then you must stay at the SandelWood Hotel. They are friendly, the room is comfortable and the location is great...My family and I had a great stay.

| I stayed at the Sandalwood Suites Hotel with my sister, daughter, and daughter-in-law who were all celebrating their birthdays. My daughter's mother-in-law also came with us. We were glad to all be able to stay in one suite. During our stay there was a flood from the floor above us but the staff quickly accommodated us by giving us a new suite. I would recommend the Sandalwood Suites Hotel to others.

| While the size of our suite was fine, and the main bed was quite comfortable, the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, and there was an odd smell in the room that we were unable to get rid of. (The smell was somewhere between chicken soup and urine, unfortunately.)

| Professional, helpful and courteous staff who were informative as to area attractions and gave excellent directions and recommendations. Clean suites; house keeping very accommodating. Requests and problems handled efficiently and effectively in record time (5-10 minutes). Close proximity to the airport does not take away from the restfull and peaceful atmosphere - suites appeared to be sound-proof.

| I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk employees were very helpful with attractions near by and easiest ways to get around. Their shuttle service ended before I checked out and they took the tab of taxi for me which I was very surprised of. Overall it was a great place to stay with a lot to offer.

| Free shuttle to airport on weekdays,cab service twenty dollars on weekend.Fast in and out at airport.Convenient for early departures, spend the night,be on time and avoid the traffic.
