| The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Terrific hotel if you have a long layover at the airport. The continental breakfast far exceeded the other juice/muffin bar. Will stay again when in Houston...Definitely

| Nothing in this area is cheap, but I've stayed several times at this hotel and have never been disappointed. Breakfast, hi-speed internet, large comfortable room all included in the price. A little noisy close to road traffic, but not excessive. Adequate accomodations for price.

| Haven't stayed in a Wingate yet that wasn't comfortable and clean. This particular one is showing a little wear, but the room is still the best and had a great rate!

| The room smelled bad, but the Internet connection was free and fast. It was very quiet for an airport motel. The shuttle was prompt (and free.)

| When I travel on business, I like to be comfortable. The room was larger than average and I appreciated the couch. The bed was actually quite comfortable. Great business amenities.

| Staff is not pleasant, elevators are scary,ice machines don't work, no remote in my room for the tv (took three hours to get one), forgot my toothpaste (of course they were out of the complementary ones). This was just not a good choice.

| The room was very roomy. The price was very good. the breakfest was okay. not enough hot food offer. In the room coffee was very cheap. bring your own. water was gross to drink. they offer a venting machine in the lower level.

| I was given different rooms in differnt floor than what I made intital reservation for. one of the rooms did not had a microwave nor a fridge which it should ( I had a baby who needs milk..etc) -over night I needed juice to give my baby her antibiotic the receptionest refused to give me a cup of juice, the veneding machine did not had any . the hotel staff was not efficient enough to handle problems ( that includes the receptionest, the kitchen, no no one from the hotel amdinistrartion available over the week end to solve problems, and no mantainance personnel available over the weekend)!!!!! - the breakfast: the food quality was not th best to say less. - the elctricity was out for about one hour.

| We had prompt and courteous airport shuttle service, quick check-in, and a very comfortable room. Breakfast had a nice selection and lobby was very pleasant. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

| This hotel was a major disappointment. First of all don't let the airport name fool you. It is by George Bush International not Houston Hobby Airport. It is a $70 cab ride to Houston Hobby from here. The customer service is worthless. No one can give clear directions to get you to the hotel nor do they speak intelligible English. If you can speak Spanish or Arabic you'll do much better here. They are annoyed if you ask them questions and the night manager would rather watch games on TV than pay any attention to their guests.I would sleep in a box on the street before staying at this hotel again.This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!
