| For the price, there are many other better options in Phoenix. Although it was clean and the service was fine - the property is in need of updating!

| No pizazz. The hotel rooms are all rather dark and depressing. The windows are tinted dark so the sun doesn't go in, but it didn't do any justice to the gorgeous blue skies and sun. The one stand out is the revolving restaurant on top. Outstanding cuisine and service! Next time I will pick luxury over convenience to the airport and stay in Scottsdale at a resort.

| The staff were excellent! The room was a bit smaller than I expected but in excellent condition and very clean. Near everything. The only disappointment was that the pool was small and was only 3ft throughout.

| It's a fine, very Hyatt-like hotel, right down to the same rotating restaurant design seen in Hyatts from Cairo to Milwaukee to Indy. The location, unless you are in town for business with the banks, for the science center or to see a game, is, well, a bit sleepy. That is, compared to the bustle of Camelback road a couple dozen minutes north by rental car, which is where the steakhouses, martinis and shopping are. Still, the hotel bar, called "Networks", is a pleasant enough place to watch a big screen game and have a beer with a moderately rowdy crowd of reps with loosend ties straddling high-mileage briefcases.
