| The only bad part of this stay was the noisy neighbors. but it had really nice exercise room. great room for price.

| The hotel is clean and well maintained, and very convenient to all of Ft Collins. Unfortunately, all the single rooms face west, towards a train track. Trains ran until 11:15 at night, and again at 6 a.m. the next morning. Double rooms face east, away from the tracks. If you can get one of these rooms, it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately, I did not.

| This is a very nice Hotel. The only thing I did not like was that they do not inforce the pool rules. I had my 12 year old with me and I was the only adult. It was a little loud.

| this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first experience was postive which is why we selected it again. This time, though, the room had no working light in the bathroom and we were told that there was no maintenance on the weekend so it could not be fixed/replaced. We had reserved a king and were told that none were available even though we were confirmed for one. The breakfast was lacking with no juices, etc.....overall will not go back.

| This hotel is only about 10 years old. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

| I had meke a reservation 3 weeks prior my trip there, after a long fly and drive from Denver and arriving at 11:30 pm. I had find out that my reservation was giving to someone else and the hotel was full capacity. I was looking for that weekend to see my son who is a athelic at University of North Arizona and they were staying in that hotel.
