| The overall hotel was acceptable. The pool area seating was minimal, get up extra early to save a chair. Our room was a 12x12 3rd bedroom off of another larger room and was very cramped with a kingsize bed squezed in. Beach access was excellent.

| One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Had a small problem at check-in but was handled fast and courtesly by the hotel staff. Rooms are very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for business or pleasure. Nice gift shop and restaurant made my stay even more pleasant.

| Hotel is very clean. Most people at the desk are very helpful only one employee did not enjoy his job. Only problem we had was with the elevator. My son and I got stuck in the elevator and I do not think the emergency bell was working luckily someone came out of their room and heard us and called for help. We were stuck over 5 minutes and I felt the hotel could have been a little sorry for the fact we were stuck that long. Never had anymore problems after that. Pools were very nice and kept very clean (hard to do with all the sand from the beach being brought up.

| We had a wonderful vacation at OD Resort. The room was nice and large enough to accomodate 4. One nice feature was an extra sink in the room. The OD Cafe had fun decorations, but we never got to see it in action because it closed at 8pm. We did have the buffet breakfast there, but were not impressed with the quality of the food. The pools and beach were really nice. We especially enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants on Main Street. It was great to be able to walk to them.

| My husband, our teenage daughter and her friend stayed here in early-mid June, 2006. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, hottubs, lazy river, beach access, ocean front balcony and roomy suite. Overall, it was a very good value. The massage therapist is great. One minor complaint is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

| If you are asking for a one-bedroom kitchenette, be sure to ask about the size of the room. My room was apparently the second bedroom of a two-bedroom unit. Therefore, it was tiny. There was only 1 to 2 feet of floor space on each side of the bed which feels very confining after a few days. There was an extra sink, a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, but no room to sit down except on the bed or on the balcony. Pool facilities were excellent - two pools, lazy river, and hot tub.

| My Girlfriend and I decided to go on a trip together before we were to part ways for college she will be transfering this fall... The hotel staff was very friendly upon check in and throughout our stay despite of my age being 19. The room was spotless and the view from the balcony was great. Beach was clean pool and lazy river were a little crowded but still very nice. The tiki bar located at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced however the OD grill was very pricey and the food quality was horrible. The maids were friendly but they did not clean the room until late afternoon around 2 or 3 which was great for us because we would party at night and sleep in late all in all a great hotel to stay at

| My wife and I stayed here for just 1 night because we were just passing through Myrtle Beach. Thank goodness!! I would not have wanted to stay longer. We got an ocean view efficiency and the room was barely larger than the queen bed. The hotel is a little dated. Always smelled like cleaning solution. Pool area is nice but a little small. Beach was pretty good. Easy access. Overall the hotel was OK, just not a 3 star ranking. Great for "Spring Breakers".

View was wonderful...but lots of noice even at 3 a.m. in the morning....Cleaning staff was very responsive and very good! Nice location!

| I'm orginally from the Myrtle Beach area but I usually don't stay so far down on the North end of the beach when I visit. I am so glad that we did! The resort was really nice from the time we were driving up until we left. The check in took less than two minutes. They had three working elevators that had views to outside as you rode. We had a suite with two double beds, a full kitchen, and a living room with a murphy bed. The room was ocean front and the beach was quiet. They had an indoor pool, a sauna and indoor hottub. We meet nice people while at the pool. There was a outdoor pool and lazy river as well an outdoor hot tub. The resort had a gift shop, a beauty salon with a massage therapist, a restuarant, a night club, and plenty of parking. I really enjoyed the stay and I would defintely stay again.

| The lazy river was green and had slime on the bottom. Both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were either cold or lukewarm on any given day. Very disappointing. However, the maid service was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Also, the man working behind the front desk was very accomodating when we asked if we could stay an extra hour or so before checking out.

| Selected this hotel sight unseen and turned out to be a great experience. The location is very convenient and easy to find. The parking is ample and the overflow is just across the street, not far at all. The hotel and pool areas were quiet and well-kept. Did not eat on site, but liked having restaurants and bars available. The balcony was nice, no loud A/C buzzing and dripping out there.

| this was our first stay in myrtle beach at this hotel. we were not very impressed. the hotel should have been more specific and should have stated that not all facilities would be available at all times during off-season (early may). maid service was poor - only the basics were done and not very well at that. the hotel had very poor info regarding what was available at the hotel. the hotel was quite noisy. they did not seem to care if people were partying all nite. during peak season you probably could forget about getting a good nite's sleep.

| First time staying at this hotel. The lobby is not very impressive, but the single room with a king size bed was very nice and extremely clean. I would have hoped for an ocean facing view, but since it was only me and I was only staying for one night having an oblique angle on the side of the building was no big deal. I will experiment with other hotels in the area, but this one was acceptable and the price was right for off season rates.
