I was disappointed with the hotel based upon all the good reviews on this site. The room was not clean, any glance under the bed or furniture will tell you so. The cheap bed comforter had a couple of stains as did the window dressing. The balcony was very small and you can only just take one step out onto it, not enough room for a chair but I did know this going in but still a letdown. The room was very noisy, I could hear the neighbors, elevators, doors slamming and the talking in the hall seemed to echo. This hotel is only a step up from a days inn, definitely not worth the money. The only positive is that the mini bar items were priced reasonably and were well stocked.

The staff and quality condition of the rooms made for a nice stay. As we walked mostly everywhere the location was perfect between the space needle and downtown. As an added plus there was a gourmet food store across the street. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and such. The only downside was that the lobby area is kinda of small for the volume of rooms they serve. It took me 10 minutes to check out.

We had a great view of the Space Needle! The rest of the hotel was a good value and met all our expectations. If you like a good hotel with a romantic view and don'at mind that it is not in the heart of the city, this place if for you. Look around for parking before using thiers, it was a little costly and there were other places to park. Also, don't believe them when they say "balcony", it was a door that led to a one and a half foot ledge with a railing.

My wife & I stayed at the Warwick 5 nights for our first vacation to Seattle. We had a room with kingsize bed and Space Needle view, it was more than adequate. The balcony with sliding door was very nice. The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful, even during busy times. Above all else, the location of the Warwick is hard to beat. While in Seattle, we visited Pike Place market 3 or 4 times, took a whale watching tour, attended a Mariners game, and did the Falls/Winery tour. Everything we did was within easy walking distance for anyone with no limitations. If we return for a visit the Warwick is the place that we would most definitely stay!

The Warwick Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was wonderful - close to everything. We could walk most places & the hotel provided free van service to the places a little far to walk. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. We had a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Seattle!!

This was my second trip to the Warwick in the last six months and my last. Beds were old, soft, and uncomfortable. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and shower wouldn't drain. The room did have a great view of the fireworks on Lake Union for the fourth of July, if you could get the sliding glass door open that is. The door was off the tracks and hard to open. Asked for extra towels and couldn't get them for some reason. Not impressed with upkeep. Did I mention they lost my car for 20 minutes?

The Warwick is an ideal location for walking to the Belltown restaurants and shops, andis ideal for taking in the Pike Place Market. We enjoyed the pleasantly decorated room, personable staff, and comfortable restaurant. Two improvements I suggest: 1) Pay more attention to scrubbing the bathtub, ours had scum stains. 2) I'd like to see the restaurant waitpersons dressed in some fresh looking clothes. Two people who served us had black uniform shirts that were spattered with food. Not very impressive!

I was unable to check in early. The room cooling system was uncomfortable; the room was either too hot or too cold. The shower controls were difficult to use. The switches on the lamps were small and difficult to use. The lobby was small and ordinary. They charged me for local phone calls but took them off the bill after I said it was nitpicking. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, the view was nice, and the attached restaurant was excellent.

Free newspaper also a plus. used hotel courtesy van once to get across town, but double decker sightseeing bus stops in front of hotel as well. lots of city buses also, and is in free travel zone downtown. street noise loud at night however-even on 6th floor. overall, A++ hotel!!

It was a special get away weekend for my Fiance's birthday. We got to pick the view, and it was fantastic! The staff was most accomidating, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay there again. The staff was very helpful, and really know what customer service is all about. The rooms were very clean and welcoming,as were the elevators and the rest of the hotel. The Consierge was extremely helpful figuring out our travelling needs, and both coming up with suggestions, and actually booking for us. We will stay there again for sure!!

The Warwick is an older hotel almost European in flavor with a small lobby and nice restaurant. The most appealing feature the location on the edge of the Belltown section of downown seattle . It is a few minutes walk from the Pike Place Public Market and a longer walk to the attractions of Seattle center. The parking is expensive and the garage does not have an elevator. Try to get a room higher up as there are street noises.. We have stayed there twice and find it suits our needs. There is a small pool and exercise room in the basement. If you are looking for a glitzy modern hotel, though, this is not the place.

My friend and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Warwick. I researched many hotels in the Downtown/Bellvue area and the best bet for my money was Warwick. It's close to the main attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Market but it was also fun having a movie theater, Cinerama, right across the street. Also convenient was Ralph's Grocery/Deli just across the street as well. The room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the Space Needle. It's extra for the view but highly worthwhile. Took lots of cool pics from the balcony. The hotel staff was polite and helpful and classy. Just great! Used the free shuttle and that was so nice to have available. You won't regret a stay at this hotel!

The hotel was nice and was in a perfect location. We walked to the market and we walked to the Space Needle. The view from the view was great. Keep in mind the balcony was not very large so you can't sit out there. I was disappointed in the parking. There was a daily parking charge and the there was not direct access from the parking garage to the hotel. Had to take a totally different stairwell. Pool is a great size for kids it was 3.6 feet all the way around.

My husband and I spent last weekend in Seattle and stayed at the Warwick after having stayed in a Warwick in Paris last year. As was the case in Paris, the staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were well appointed. The location of the hotel is excellent if you plan on visiting popular Belltown restaurants by evening and in the other direction Seattle's fine retail center by day. Walking to Pike Place Market is also quite do-able from here.

Check in and valet are always prompt, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, and it is nice to be able to step out on the balcony even if it is only a body width wide. I initially thought the loud hum coming from the bathroom was a fan, but turned out to be the heater. It is loud, but closing the bathroom door was good enough for me to sleep fine. All in all, a very classy place although the bed was a bit firm and the noise a bit loud. Some noise should be expected when staying downtown, and bathrooms are always small in these older buildings. Had I not been staying alone, the bathroom would have been cramped...

Neighborhood is decent, not great. Nice to be within easy walking distance of downtown without paying a fortune. The people were great, the restaurant onsite is nice, with good food (for breakfast). I had a nice time. Only complaints were related to the plumbing and HVAC, which showed their age a bit, but those issues were minor. Given the price and the overall condition and comfort of the hotel, and the friendliness of the people, I was happy to stay there and can recommend the Warwick for those who want to be near downtown at a good price.

Not fancy, but clean and spacious rooms, many with nice views. A good restuarant and bar + a small fitness center in the basement. Walking distance from many good parts of downtown Seattle. The price is right and the Warwick is a "no brainer" for me when I do business in Seattle. On the downside, $18/day parking is pretty expensive, but it is right downtown.

This hotel was quaint, yet the view from our room of downtown Seattle and the harbor was breathtaking. It is located in an area that makes it quite easy to walk the city - just blocks from Pike Place Market, the harbor, Seattle Center, and shopping. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. Ralph's Grocery & Deli was across the street and a regular stop during our trip, having their own deli, great wine selection and specialty foods.

Stayed at the Warwick for four nights. Advantages of hotel: wonderful concierge service, awesome check in staff - very knowledgeable, pretty good location for the money, quite rooms - we did not hear anyone on either side of us. Disadvantages - could use some restoration. Our bathroom ceiling looked like a fist was coming through the ceiling, the heater worked but you had to leave it on all day so the room would be warm at night, the chlorine in the pool was way too much! My eyes were burning so bad from the odor we had to leave, and heavier glass would have been nice on the sliding glass doors. We woke up each night to the sounds of sirens outside. Overall, I might stay here again if the price was right.

There is a Ralphs grocery across the street that also serves food. Free coffee in the morning offered in the lobby. Room was spacious. I had rented a single king size. Room service was good and the room was very clean. I had the view of the space needle. Service was excellent. I really did not have a bad experience.
