Good location directly, opposite a Metro-link stop, and good standard of interior comfort as relatively new. Excellent pool (but not olympic sized -- why do hotels claim that, when it needs a 50 metre length!) and gym. Rooms large and usual Sheraton attention to bed and pillows. Only real gripe was the poor maid service. Our beds looked as though a 4 year-old kid had made them up in a rush, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the number of towels varied by day. No reason not to avoid the hotel, rather just an observation that the "human element" is not up to the same standard as the "fixtures and fittings".

Extremely happy with this hotel. Metrolink right across the street made it very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and polite. We will definitely be back again. Rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were great, and the whole hotel smelled lovely.

Aside from the very comfortable rooms, the hotel is in an ideal location as it's in walking distance of downtown attractions and has a Metrolink station across the street. The only downside was the pricey hotel food (even vending machines were expensive), but that seems typical for an "upper-tier" hotel.

Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day. They gave us a free movie for their error. The desk clerk upgraded our room to a suite with a view of downtown and the Arch which was fabulous. My Aunt was with us staying in another room which was HUGE! I think that was the biggest hotel room I've ever seen. We would definitely stay here again!

Greeat location for when you visit your kids at school. Hotel is 15 minutes from Wash U campus and short distance of the downtown with all of its attractions, ie Arch. There is a train from the airport to the hotel for $1.25.

I was apprehensive about booking through Expedia. Sheraton was very clean, staff was very helpful. It is a pretty hotel located close to Cardinal Stadium, Union Station and Arch. We would definately book here again. Staying at the Sheraton ST. Louis City Center was a great experience.

The decor is fairly whack (outside paint job is laughable) but the accomodations were comfortabe, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I got a fantastic discount here so it was absolutely worth it. If I had to pay the standard rates I would probably try a different hotel next time.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was absolutely amazing. Most comfortable bed at any place we've stayed at! Hotel was downtown and close to sports activities, only trouble was getting a shuttle. We felt they should have been more accomodating. Room service was descent. Overall an awesome experience!
