| There are no surprises at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is kept in pristine condition and the staff will go out of their way to help you. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Nashville.

| The room was very nice but wasn't ready until after 3:30 pm. The pool was cloudy and had a strong chlorine smell. Staff was nice but not friendly and didn;t know how to respond to typical conversation.

| Nice hotel. Quiet location, except when occasionally the flight pattern from the Nashville Airport would cause planes to fly directly over the hotel--made one wonder if they were landing at the hotel. Staff very nice and friendly.

| Nice, clean place that is economical and close to Opry Mills. Good breakfast, have stayed there multiple times.

| First time at this hotel, thought it was just great. The pool, hot tub and workout room were all very clean and great to have available. Always had fresh coffee available in the lobby which was wonderful. Would stay here again, loved having the microwave and refidge in the room.

| Quality Construciton and furnishings at this newer hotel made for a quiet, comfortable stay. I will look into other Hilton Garden Inns when bookin lodging. An excellent value.

| I was in Nashville for business and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It had everything I needed! The rooms were great--complete with fridge, microwave, and iron. The bathroom was large enough and the room itself was very comfortable. It was also nice to have the hot tub there!! :) The staff was very helpful--even for the most unusual requests!

| This hotel went way beyond our expectations! Front desk workers were a little disorganized, but once we got into our room, there was nothing to complain about! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of shopping... We will definitely be staying there again!

| The room was very accommodating and clean. Some of the hotel staff (front desk only) need to work on their customer service skills and how to greet customer. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff and maintenance staff were fantastic. Hotel elevator was not working and the front desk staff was not very pleasant in handling the matter with me. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there and would go back.

| Getting there from the map directions was so easy, it could be done blind folded. However, the service was ok. Service manager seems irritated when I asked for early check in availability and courtesy call.

| Beds were comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. The hot tub was out of order...see previous review, but we didn't intend to use it. Hotel is in a great location and will use again.

| Nice and clean hotel. The frame of the heater fell off, but my husband put it back on. Other issue was that the tub would not drane. We went down for an evening swim and the pool was too cold (supposed to be heated) and the hot tub was not hot enough. Our stay was okay.. could of stayed somewhere cheaper for the quality.

| A coworker of mine recommended this hotel. I was a little skeptical since it was only rated 2 and a half stars and the price was very reasonable. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very clean.

| I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Airport while on business trip the day after Thanksgiving. The hotel staff was very curteous. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as destinations within a certain proximity to the hotel. This was very conveniant, and trimmed the cost of a taxi or rental car for my short business stay. The room I stayed in was neat clean and very comfortable.The hotel was well maintained and quiet. Perhaps it was a fluke, but neither of the telephones in my room had telephone cords. A trip to the front desk provided me with one phone cord for the room's two telephones.There was also a heated indoor pool and exercise facility.
