| we stayed there in early jan during the busy season. other hotels we tried were already booked, and we selected this one `cause of they had rooms avail, so we didnot expect much. We were realy impressed how nice this place is. We will defenatly go back. The only draw back is that the food not great. this place is a very good family based resort with pleanty of activities for children.

| The hotel was lovely, the staff was very friendly and our rooms was keep clean.I went to this vacation with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and when the waiters found out about it, the made very especial for us!they surprised us with a table set up aoutside the restaurant in front of thr beach completetly private and the food was excellent, the waiters made my surprise so nice that I end up crying!we spend two hours and a half dining the most delicious and fresh sea food!I'll recomend that hotel to everybody, especially family with kids! they will have fun in the beautiful and huge pool.

| This was my second trip to Costa Rica and i cant wait to go back again! Puntarenas was awesome and the hotel Fiesta was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked great. The people at the resort were extremely friendly and went out of their way to learn your names and get you anything you needed. There were tons of activities to do, on your own and scheduled for groups. And the food was FANTASTIC. I cant say enough about the food. My only negative comment is that the hotel rooms smelled a little moldy from the high humidity.
