| This hotel is undergoing major renovation. All the carpeting, painting, beds, furniture, etc were new on our floor. No paint fumes. It was delightful to hear the ocean waves from our balcony door at night. Rent the ocean view rooms, well worth the slight premium over the landward view. After all, why stay at an ocean front hotel to look at a swimming pool? Saw ocean freighters at night and dolphins in the a.m.
