| Problems with the hotel: (1) We had requested a non-smoking room, but we got a smoking room. It smelt really bad. The manager said all the non-smoking rooms were already taken, but he didn't sound too convincing. A sign at the lobby said "We allow smoking in our rooms." So, if you really don't want your room to smell of cigarette smoke, this is not the hotel you want. (2) Parking is free, but there isn't enough parking for everybody. We returned after dinner around 10pm, and there wasn't any parking spot left for us. I tried to contact the manager, but his office was closed. There was a bell next to the door, but pressing the bell had no effect. So, I ended up parking in a spot reserved for handicapped persons. Soon after that, even those spots were all taken. Many people had to park in the driveway into the hotel. (3) The towels were not very clean. Good things about the hotel: Good location, in general the rooms are clean (except for the smoke and the towels, as mentioned above).

| Hotel was small. Front desk was semi helpful. I called for extra pillows & she told me that she wasn't sure if they had any. I booked a smoking room & was assigned a non-smoking room. They changed me to a smoking room but there was no ashtrays. I had to call & ask for them. Overall, it could have been worse, but I would have rathered stay somewhere else.

| This is a nice clean little motel, good safe place to crash after a night of LA clubbin'. The rooms are clean, friendy service and located near some really good clubs. I would go back.

| I stayed here while on a weeklong vacation and I have no complaints at all. The only thing that wasn't great were the pillows, but if youbring your own it really doesn't matter. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned everyday. The continental breakfast was good as well. Can't really beat the location if you want to stay near Hollywood. I woudl stay there again anytime.

| This hotel seemed fine at first. A typical two star hotel, in a good location, however, the service was unbearable. They never once cleaned our rooms the whole time we stayed there. They refused us any extra pillows, even though we were staying for several days. Finally, we had to check out early because we discovered that the bed was infested with "bed bugs", which left bites all over us. When we tried to explain this disgusting situation to the Manager, he treated us horribly, and was neither helpful nor apologetic. The whole experience put a damper on our entire trip.
