| We chose to honeymoon at Couples Swept Away. Everything (and I mean everything) exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, pleasant, and genuine; the service was impeccable (they are there to pamper you). The food was high quality (and there was plenty of it!). The accommodations were simple yet elegant and very comfortable. The beach, although slightly eroded due to last Januaury's storm, was absolutely breathtaking (powdered white sand and blue waters await you). The activity options were great if you didn't simply want to lounge on the beach everyday (i.e. snorkeling, sailing, waterskiing, kayaking, participating in outside excursions -all included of course). We literally have not one complaint...We had one of our best trip's yet and plan to return next year.

I can not recommend this resort or its people more highly! Everything was well done and beyond expectation. My wife and i had a fabulous 10 days there, and look forward to a return trip. My warning is don't attempt to stay there for less than a week.. they will have to drag you out kicking and screaming. the

| What a great place. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about going. All staff members were extremely courteous and willing to do anything to make our stay memorable. We renewed our vows on the beach and it was breath taking. Lots of activities, from water sports, live bands daily, a great sports complex, etc. Also a great place to do nothing. Entire place was just beautiful!

| We stayed at Swept Away for a weeklong honeymoon and loved every minute of it! The resort is absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed everything that they had to offer: food, drinks, watersports, etc. We had an atrium suite and enjoyed the seclusion it offered while still being close to the beach and restaurants. The beach is excellent and the water perfect!

| My husband and I had such a fabulous time at Couples Swept Away! The staff and everyone connected with the hotel are extremely friendly, the food and drinks are plentiful and delicious, the beach is beautiful and the activities are well run and a lot of fun. Definitely do the catamaran cruise (and take advantage of the cliff diving ... if you dare!), the glass bottom boat ride and snorkeling - all are run through the resort and are very enjoyable and laid-back ... just like all of Jamaica! And yes, you will be approached by people on the beach offering you ALL sorts of things, but if you just politely but firmly say no right off the bat they'll walk away and leave you be. All in all we had one of our best vacations ever here and would definitely return.

| This was an excellent resort. The only reason we did not give it a 5 on room comfort was because we had to switch from the garden room to an upgrade. We did not notice that the garden room didnt have a fridge and it was close to the road so it was a bit noisy. The other room was great. Very peaceful and quiet resort. The beach was great but no reefs to snorkel. You have to try some jerk chicken out in town cause its not the real thing at the resort. Also alcohol shopping is cheaper at the airport shops instead of the appleton factory....fyi....We will definitely go back to this resort.

| We got married at Couples Swept Away, Negril. We enjoyed our wedding service. All of the staff were very helpful and would provide you with anything that you need. We were not aware of all the activities that were available, because we did not meet with the tour advisor until the end of our stay. I would suggest to meet with the tour advisior as soon as you get there. Also the food is the best at the Palms and Seagrape. The beach is beautiful and the spa services are great as well. It was not too hot and it only rained one day.

| I just got back from Couples Swept Away, and needless to say, I was excited to return to the US. Couples Swept Away offers a lot of activities to do such as snorkeling, sailing, and scuba diving which is wonderful. The downside is definitely the hotel service and the quality of the rooms. The room always seemed like it was half-cleaned. I would still recommend this hotel to travelers, but please be prepared for not-so-clean rooms and MOSQUITOS!

| I have never been a fan of the all-inclusive vacation but CSA has made me change my mind. The food was fantastic (and we are super picky New Yorkers) and plentiful. There were options for everyone and much more authentic Jamaican food and the Friday night beach party (though there is a traditional option or two at every meal). The staff was more than attentive and made sure you wanted for nothing... the price was perfect and even the small touches that I never would have thought of made it the perfect vacation. We can't wait to go back.

| We had high hopes for this place after reading all the great reviews and were not disappointed. We stayed in a garden suite on the second floor in the old section of the hotel and felt like we had our own little hut! The grounds and the beach/water were beautiful, plenty of shade available from the thatched cabanas and palms along the beach for when the sun starts to get strong. We went snorkling three times and took out the little sail boats twice(my husband's favorite activity but there wasn't always wind). It was really great because there were enough activities that there was always something to do, but you could also just lay on the beach all day and get drinks delivered right to you! The service was great, we did not encounter one unfriendly person working at the resort. And though they say they are on "Jamaican time" we never really felt like we had to wait long for anything. The food was just excellent! The buffet at the Palms was good, lots of variety, but definitely plan to make reservations and go to the other three restaurants most of your stay. We went to feather's once and to Lemongrass and Patois both twice and the food at each place was delicious. We love going out to dinner, so this was just perfect. It really was a great honeymoon!

| When we first arrived in our room and all of the windows were open and the air was not on we were a little upset. We stayed in the old part of the resort and there are alot of screens with shutters. So you had to close all of the floor to ceiling shutters and turn the air conditioning on full blast to keep cool. Our first night we were second guessing our choice of resorts. Thank goodness the trip got better with every day. The food is AMAZING!! You have to make reservations for most restaurants but it was very easy. Definitely try them all!! The included water sports were also a huge plus. Most things you have to sign up for the day before you plan to go, but they were worth it. The catamaran cruise (aka booze cruise) was very fun. The snorkeling is great! I would suggest taking your own mask though. We paid extra to visit Mayfield falls which was great but he drive was terrible if you get car sick. Definitely don't do the Rhino tour - the brochure looks great, but it is a total waste of money. All in all, I loved the resort more and more every day. If we went back we would stay in the newer section because the rooms had glassed in windows (some were actually fogged up - we were jealous) and they had TV's, not that you're in the room alot but it would be nice to watch at night. The food was awesome and the watersports definitely made our stay. I would definitely recommend Couples Swept Away!

| My husband and I went for our 2nd year anniversary and it was our first time in Jamaica. Words can't explain how much we loved it! We did not want to leave...4 nights was not enough. I got teary-eyed on the day we left and that is because they make you feel so welcome from beginning to end. In fact, we made friends with all our servers in each restaurant...I felt so bad that we could not tip (we tried the first day, but she wouldn't take it). They really deserved a tip, a thank-you, a nice compliment, etc., because they are eager to please with a smile on their face. Definitely a place where there is "No Problem Mon!" The staff is awesome, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is excellent. I'm very particular about food, the room, and the service, but I cannot say one thing bad about this place. I could write a short novela on why we loved Couples Swept Away. We will definitely go back many, many times more!

| Couples Swept Away has the right mood to fall in love all over again. The beach was incredible. Check in was easy and we were greeted with cool lemon scented towels and glasses of champagne. We stayed in the Beach Front Veranda Suite and would say that it was well worth the extra money. We spent so much time out on our veranda looking at the beach and the sunset. This resort offers so many included activities that we didnt need to do anything else off site. We did the catamaran booze cruse which was great and we did the snorkeling. We partied after dinner at the Piano bar and then we went to the Disco. Feathers was our favorite restaurant. The private dinner on the beach was very romantic and the couples delight message was so good we scheduled it twice while we were there. The floats for the beach was a great touch that I didnt see any of the other resorts have. We are already saving up to go back to Couples Swept Away in February. The only thing that I could say that needs a little improvement would be the flag service on the beach. But hey no problem mon! There are beach bars that are easy enough to go and get your own drinks.

| We were so excited to be spending our honeymoon in what looked like paradise...but we were immediately disappointed upon arriving to CSA. We waited 2 hours for our room, even though we arrived at check in time, and then they gave us the wrong room... We found dead bugs everywhere, including on and in the bed, the bed linens were badly stained, and room service took about 3 hours. We were given a new room 48 hours after arriving and the second room was much better, but the impression had already been made. The hotel staff was rude and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome, however the activities staff was awesome!! The food was decent, but if you're picky, you will starve; bring Pepto. We were elligible for the honeymoon massage but were very disappointed because even though our appts. were scheduled for the same time, my husband and I were actually in different buildings for our massages. The beach was the very essence of paradise, but you have to get there before 8 a.m. if you want a good spot. Besides the beach being great, so was the activities that are included for free... snorkeling, water sports, and boat adventures; they were all top notch. If you aren't high maintenance and just want to relax, I would recommend CSA but overall we were unhappy seeing as how we spent all of out savings on this trip and had several things go wrong with the hotel; in the end I don't think it was worth thousands and thousands of dollars.

The new great house , with a swim up bar, new restuarant (Patois Patio) and grill were wonderful! The upscale Feathers has been relocated to this are and now has AC. The disco was supposed to to open this week which will also be a great addition to the nightlife. The beach is THE best we have ever been on. Smooth water makes for great floating and relaxing without the fear of tipping, or spilling your drink. There were of course some negitives as with EVERY resort or hotel. Service can sometims be a bit slow, but as they say "relax, Mon" All in all I would, have and will continue to recommend this very romantic hotel. Can't wait to go again!!!

I really relied on the customer reviews to pick my hotel, and this one seemed to have the best reviews. When I got there I realized why everyone raved about it. Not only is the property and beach beautiful, but so are the people who work there. To be quite honest, our experince was maximized by all the hard working staff at Couples Swept Away. They were the most friendly, helpful, and humble people we have ever encountered. The resort was sold out while we were there, but there was never a problem finding a great spot on the beach. In fact, at times it seemed as though we were the only ones in our own little paradise. You never have to wait long for anything and there is an abundance of everything. If your looking for things to do there are also plenty of them. There is a large a variety of water sports, volleyball, tennis, and golf to name just a few. The meals were delicious. The service was awesome. They were so friendly and attentive. Feathers and Patois Patio(new restaurant) were particularly good. Any time of the day or night, there was food or drink available. Our room refrigerator was stocked everyday with soda, bottled water, beer, etc. At night, there was always a band in the main restaurant, there is a dance floor, a piano bar, and movie on the beach on Satruday night. We were entertained if we wanted to be or able to have peace and quiet. Our room was perfect. It was always clean. I have to say the Verandahs were a real selling point. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Jamaicans seem to be happy and loving people, always singing and quick to start a conversation. There were some annoying vendors on the beach but they will leave you alone if you say, "No, thank you mon". The hotel property is immaculate and well maintained. The beach is pristine. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our large veranda and hammock. Our ocean view was breathtaking. | Only two negatives: The poverty-striken towns you must drive through coupled with some shady people off the resort intimidated us a little bit. When we got to the resort late in the afternoon, we walked down to one end of the resort's beach and were approached about buying drugs, and at the other end an employee kindly told us that we were at the end of the property. These things kind of intimidated us from leaving the resort. As we found out on the last day, we shouldn't have been worried at all-- a bunch of small shops, other resorts, and Margaritaville are up and down Negril's beaches, and my wife and I would have been fine. (Once we learned which people to ignore--non-uniformed Jamaicans walking the beach-- we were not dealing with drug offers.) So even though we stayed on the resort, my wife and I had an awesome time...Dirty dishes don't last a second on your table. The employees are very attentive to your needs--- as though they were working extremely hard for a tip- I was actually kind of sad I couldn't tip them. This also seems to be a great place to meet and mingle with other couples at the resort-- We were more interested in being alone together, but we heard many people call out to each other by name, and many couples meeting up with a small group for dinner. It seemed like most people enjoyed making new acquaintences. Our Garden Atrium Suite with hammock was very nice and relaxing. The room decor isn't tacky like the pictures in a lot of other Jamaican resorts.

| I went to Swept Away with my bride for our honeymoon for a week and it was a very fun trip. The only problem I had with the whole experience is that everything took forever to get. The 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour shuttle from the airport to the resort took over 2 hours. And I know their modo down there is to "take it easy" but I didn't like having to wait 15 minutes just to get a pepsi or having to wait in line of 10 people at the swim-up bar just to get a drink because the bartender to 5 minutes just to make one cocktail. Everything else was great, the food was delicious, the snorkeling was terrific(we went twice), and the scenery was beautiful. If you do plan on going to Swept Away be prepared to wait a while for a drink. Also be sure to sign up for the "Booze Cruise" they take you out on a Catamaran to go do Cliff Diving. That was a blast.
