From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. This hotel was a great alternative to the "name" hotels; very tastefully decorated, with all the little details being part of the larger decor theme. Included breakfast was great; one of the best we've had, rooms were comfortable, staff were pleasant and flexible to our needs, price was reasonable. Overall, I would heartily recommend this hotel.

Art'Otel is overlooks the Danube and is centrally located for walking, tramming, or bussing to most tourist sites. Room amenities are modern with sophisticated decor.

Great hotel, interesting decor. Good breakfast. The staff was particularly helpful, including assistance locating a backpack we had left in a restaurant.

Good location. Quiet. Larger room than typical European hotel. Service throughout hotel was average--that is, some good (reception), some not so good (bar, restaurant). 30 mins free internet was a bonus. The best part: the restaurant. We had two dinners here, which were exquisite--and incredibly reasonable pricewise.

A friend and I stayed here late Sept. and really enjoyed the location - walking distance (uphill) to Buda, a nice stroll to the Chain Bridge and Pest. We opted for the Danube view, and had a hard time closing the curtains on the river and the Parliament building at night! Double-glazed windows cut way down on traffic noise. A very nice breakfast buffet that included hot items. Friendly staff tried to accomodate whenever possible. The hotel's contemporary interior will be ready for updating in the near future; it's beginning to look a little worn around the edges.

The Art'Otel is an excellant choice if you don't want to be in the center of the city, yet within a 15 minute walk of the center. It's a nice size hotel and the staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is just on the other side of the Chain Bridge from the center of Pest. So each time you choose to visit the center of Pest you enjoy the sights of the city as you cross the bridge. The only draw back is if you want to dress for dinner with high heels, including the strolling up and down Vaci Utca it's a bit far for that. The restaurant for breakfast is perfect. The buffet offerings are excellant and the atmosphere inside is very nice and absolutely great outside.

Fantastic views, especially in the rooms on the Danube. My only complaint is the need to buy cards or pay online everytime you use the wireless internet. Quite frustrating when trying to conduct business.
