Furniture was scattered, room very dirty. Moved to another, but not much better. Door was almost off hinges in first room, Had broken chair in second, requested room be cleaned with 3 different clerks, but never done with any depth. Bed was broken down, and bath tub drained so slow that was in six inches of water when shower finished. General condition of motel was appaling. Manager suggested that I report that we left early and that he would verify to make the sadness of the situation better.

If convenience to Richmond and price are your top concerns then this hotel works, especially if you dont need to shower as the bathroom especially the tub/shower were not useable. The room/ beds were clean and it was easy to find as it is straight ahead when getting off the exit.

Just fine. Wish the continental breakfast was a bit better, but that's minor.

We heard the hotel was really dangerous and in a bad area, but that was not our experience. It was clean and quiet and cheap.

I would probably rate this as a 1 star hotel, not a 2 star hotel. It's convientant to I95, which makes it ideal for a quick overnight stay. But the actual accomidations are subpar. The rooms are old and the maintenance is not the best, the bathrooms are somewhat dingy and look to be in need of repair. Plus, there's not to many places that are convienant to eat at nearby... which makes it hard to stop, eat and then check in (or check out and find someplace to eat in the morning). Getting to the rooms is hard, as parking is not located near some of the rooms. So, you have to drag some stuff across the parking lot. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again, unless I was trying to save a couple of bucks.

Good value, conveniently just north of Richmond and right off of I-95.

Not in the best part of town, but not unsafe either. Drive up to room style motel, and conveniently right off 95. Not much in the way of convenience stores or restaurants in the area, but far cheaper than Richmond for lodging. Nice pool for summer months.
