| The main reason that I selected the Fairfield inn was its proximity to the DFW airport. However, the hotel's shuttle service is horrible. I waited for over an hour at the airport, after calling the hotel three times, for a shuttle that never arrived to pick me up. On the way back to the airport, I had to wait for another 45 minutes for the shuttle. If I had not anticipated for such a ridiculously long wait, I would likely have missed my flight.

| The service is good, I could leave my car there without problems, all the workers were nice and they helped me with all I needed.

| Hotel Shuttle to and From Airport Timely and Courteous and even took a person to a close by motel because thier shuttle was not timely. Good breakfast with fresh waffles and other good selections.

| The hotel is right under the flight path for the DFW airport. The pictures on the wall of the room kept shaking everytime a plane flew over.Very hard to sleep and relax. Do not recommend.

| When we arrived at the hotel, I went in to register. I had a reservation. When I arrived at the front desk, there were three people standing behind the desk. They paid no attention to me, although I was the only one there waiting to be waited on. I stood there for about 3 minutes, dead tired, until the man looked up, and asked if I had been waited on! RUDE behavior, to say the least, since he KNEW I had been standing there. I wouldn't stay there again. One person was counting registration slips, one person was sorting them into a file, and the man seemed to be watching them. What I'm saying is, they weren't that busy, and didn't even bother to be welcoming. They need some training!
