| Really enjoyed the stay. The select comfort beds were great and feather pillows were provided; we wish more hotels would pay attention to the beds and pillows. The price was really low for the quality of the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel were also very good.

| The sleep comfort bed was worth it. After staying 4 nights in a Phoenix resort and a bed that was like a rock it made a great difference. Hotel was clean and staff was MORE than helpful. I will surely stay there on my next visit.

| Requested roll-away and they "forgot" to put it in the room for us and ran out. The receptionist was VERY apologetic and gave us free room service as a gesture. Room service was excellent. Room was very nice. Service was top-notch.

| We really expected more. The suite was really small and the furniture was too large for the area. The restaurants (2) in the hotel were both terrible!

| Overall, a fairly nice hotel. However, the bed was rock hard and the view was the rooftop of the adjoining building. Not what I'd generally expect from a Radisson.

| This was my second stay at this property in two years. I use it as a stopover for my adventures into AZ and NM. It is one of the nicer properties in Flagstaff where you feel comfortable and safe. The staff is friendly and the facilities are comfortable and clean. There is a cocktail lounge, cafe, and Asian restaurant. All overpriced, of course. It would be nice if there were other eateries within walking distance.

| we were told that the type of room (SUITE) we booked was only a request and they may not be able to honor it. After haggling they decided to find a Suite for us. I was surprised there was no continental breakfast provided.

| CLEAN is the main reason we choose a hotel. We were comfortable and the next day housekeeping service was the best I have ever had. We would stay there again. Only complaints, exercise equipment very outdated and hotel guests allowed to use the whirlpool as a pool- no room to get in and just relax.

| Room and bath were clean. Bed was comfortably firm.Single 4 cup coffee maker in bath, but no complimentary coffee in the AM at front desk.Comparable to other Radissons around the country.
