| We booked this hotel because of the 3 stars shown on Expedia.Definitely not a 3 star catagory.When arriving, the hotel clerk seemed bothered to have to stop reading the newspaper to check us in.The door to our room would not seal closed properly, although it did lock. There was a dirty towel, and the shower did not have a shower head.We decided we did not feel safe at this hotel and wanted to check out. We returned our keys, parking permit and left.I called Expedia, which in turn called the manager of the hotel. The manager told Expedia we had not checked out. I called the hotel and the manager was not available.This was the first time I have ever had problems with a hotel, and have found the whole experience very frustrating.
