| It's ok for staying a couple of nights. Very good price and services are enough to make you feel good. Rooms have all basic things you should expect for this category. Hotel needs an interior paint job. Good overall.

| Great location for the novice traveler to the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area. Good price for the room. Clean and friendly. Five minutes from downtown MPLS, ten minutes to St. Paul. If you wanna crash in a clean room, this is the place.

| I had booked a nonsmoking room when made my reservation, but did not get one on checkin. It affected the allergies of my family alot. The staff needs to do a better vacuuming job also as the bathroom vent was very dusty and bent. The whole hotel smells a bit smokey and stale

| The hotel was nice, clean and a good place to stay for the night. I just wish that I had asked for extra pillows. They were very flat and I needed more. It was my fault for not asking. Otherwise a very nice place.

| Did not have extra pillows and other supplies. I understand how some people steal these items, however, some people do have problems with their backs, etc and need these items to feel comfortable. You have to learn that you look bad when you extend no sign of trust to anyone. Had a few other slight problems, but a pretty nice place to stay for cheap.

| Although the staff at this location was friendly and willing to help, there were a few things that really turned me off to this hotel. The mattress/box spring was in serious need of replacement due to rips/tears and major stains and broken springs. Also, every time I went to take a shower there was no hot water!
