Our family truly enjoyed all aspects of this hotel from the moment we arrived including the beautiful grounds, pools with water falls, Starbucks on premise, boat shuttle to a private beach, great food, close access to other local activities, ammenities and two award winning 18 hole golf courses. We will certainly look to stay here again next time we are in this part of Florida.

This hotel was really beautiful. It has 3 pools. 1 had a great pool for kids, one is an adult pool and one is a COLD plunge pool. Also has 2 hot tubs. Everything about it was great. Everyone was very nice, and accomadating. Didn't love the food @ tanglewood restaurant (breakfast or dinner), it was just kind of bland. The bar/restaurant at the pool, Mangroves, was delicious. This hotel is in a great location, makes going to Ft Myers or Sanibel very easy.

Very nice accomodations and the staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Very luxurious. Nice pools. Restaurant food was not exceptionalTHe rooms were clean, but the maid left a cleaning rag in the room one day, did not leave us enough towels one other day, and there was an empty wine glass on the floor outside the door from the day we checked in, until we left. (It was not our glass)

My Mom and I went for a relaxing weekend to Floriday and I choose the Hyatt Conconut Pointe because of the location and onsite spa. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and elegant. The rooms were nice, good size, with a balcony. The pools and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the spa was great! The only compliant we had is that the staff could have been a little more attentive at the resturants and poolside. Other than that, the accomodations and ammenities are wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

From the front door staff to front desk, food service and room attendants, the Hyatt Coconut Point is top flight. Everyone was happy and really ready to be of assistance in a sincere fashion. There was no "put on" face to this staff. An example was as a single business woman, when I went to the Tradewinds (think that was the name) Restaurant they asked if I wanted to sit at the "tapas" bar rather than at a table by my self. I said yes, though I am not uncomfortable dining alone, and had a great time. It's an open kitchen with chefs that joke and talk to folks. The bar (separate) staff chatted with me also...all in all an very enjoyable dinner!
