| We had a cockroach in our room on the first night. there is no real beach , just some water and a fence... no way to get soap or shower cap in the room even after going up and down 4 times. People either at the bar or the restaurant were really nice though.

| The staff was not extremely friendly nor helpful. If the bartenders would have actually waited on the customers when they walked up (instead of finishing their personal conversations or just plain being lazy) they would have received an additional tip. (Gratuity was included with hotel price.) The food in the restaurants was not horrible but it definitely was not great. We actually got tired of eating there so we went out to eat a few times.

| The hotel itself was in very good conditions. the Food was very good. I def. have no complaints and I'm a picky eater! The only issue i had with the hotel was the rowdy highschool seniors there on their graduation vacation. They were loud and caused many problems at the hotel. But the hotel staff did all they could to make sure that we had a good time.

| 90% of the guests were high school graduates which were all over the place, getting drunk, cursing and no manners, is not a hotel to bring kids. The hotel staff have no control over them, there are always dirty plates on the halls left by the students, can't sleep at night because they are making lots of noices. The staff keeps the pool very clean, the food its ok on the Captains Buffet, but I have to say the staff were very nice.

| We arrived for our week long stay with our children, only to find that the hotel also had hundreds (no exageration)of recent high school graduates throughout the hotel celebrating their graduation. Think about it, all the booze you can handle times hundreds of loud 18, 19, 20 year olds. Not my idea of good plannning on the hotels part or travel agencies. Certainly not a "family vacation" to expose our children to.

| Our stay at the Harbor Bay Resort had some good points. Our room was cool and comfortable but nothing fancy. We had mold growing on the ceiling in the room. The outdoor pool was nice, but at night it was taken over by the younger teens from high school. The beach which is advertised as a private beach was just a small fenced off area next to the pool. Most of the staff were friendly, but we saw other guest being yelled at by staff in the dining room while we were eating.

| The food is decent and the all-inclusive deals are worth it. However if you have complaints about your room, the hotel doesn't do much for you and be careful if you're booking for a whole family. We were put on separate floors and when I asked, they said it was based on availability when I had books months in advance. The rooms are poorly air conditioned so everything is sticky. If it wasn't for the rude front desk staff, I would consider going back.

| My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel the first weekend in June for a short vacation. We thought that for the money we paid it was a good deal. If you realize that you are not going to have an Atlantis type of environment you won't be disappointed. The hotel was clean and pretty basic - not a lot of frills but all-inclusive, a nice pool and friendly staff. We spent our evenings at Atlantis at the casino and during the day the pool was fine. I would definitely recommend going snorkeling - it was amazing! Also, we went over the bridge to the Poopdeck Restaurant one night for some local seafood. It was so good that we went back the next night! For an affordable vacation this was a good deal. Keep an open mind and don't let other people's opinions make up you mind for you. Enjoy!

| We really had a great time at this hotel and in Paradise Island. The food was excellent especially at the sit down restaurant- make sure you go there. This is somewhat of a party hotel- so make sure that doesn't bother you. There was a lot of drinking and a lot of younger high school/college kids. The outside bar was overcrowded at times and you had to wait for drinks/food. There was also a lot of people at the pool-make sure to go early and get a lounge chair. The rooms could use alittle updating and there is only a handful of rooms with a balcony. The hotel/bar staff was very friendly. The pool, beach, and boardwalk were beautiful. Overall, we had a great time and would definately go back.

| The hotel could use some updating to their rooms, but we enjoyed the stay. Shopping is a short walk away. The food was really good, better then we expected. The pool was nice and we liked the way we could fix our own drinks at the outdoor bar and grill. The steaks are really good. We also enjoyed their Island Beer. We would go back. For the price of what we got, we were satisfied.

| The hotel was NOT great. There were no activites to do at the hotel; the kids club was a room like a daycare facility; the room was not clean (rusty refridgerator, moldy stainless fixtures, musty smell, doors not functional). I was also not happy with the buffet for food choices - not kid friendly. Very disappointed.

| The only saving grace of this hotel was the pool area. The pool is large and well maintained. However, the condition of the hotel itself is another matter. We had to immediately request another room upon arrival because it was in such poor condition. During our stay, the hotel had a rodent problem on our floor. The hotel staff was rude and very unresponsive. The hotel beach area is very small. The food was o.k.

| I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this did not meet my expectations at all. What they call a private beach is at best little more than a puddle at low tide. Located next to literally a dump next door. Food was OK. Service was minimal. Tacky entertainment if you could call it that. Phones or internet not in working condition. Hotel is old and leaky in many places. I would never return to this hotel.

| You get what you pay for here. The food isn't great and there is really only one restaurant (that you need "reservations" for) and one buffet. It's not fantastic, but the hotel does a great job of planning activities and having entertainment for you. It also has a great pool/harbor set up. Great for anyone on a budget- but of course it's no 5 star place.

| The first night was okay. Great staff, great food, beautiful pool. The next night the phone didn't work, the women were very rude (especially the one at the childrens' activities), it was very loud all day and night. In the afternoon there is a lot of music, which is okay. At night this hotel is known as party central. Very unprofessional staff (for the most part). A lot of the people make you feel like a vip guest, which is sad because then the rude people make you feel like your intruding. This hotel is not on the beach. It has a man-made beach about 100 yards long that is in the harbour (lots of diesel fuel from boats). It was okay, but just okay. I would go back but only if I absolutely could not afford a nicer hotel. We spent our last night at another all-inclusive hotel right on the beach that was hardly any more money than this one. It just got too loud there and we wanted some quiet by the beach on our last night there.

| Excellent hotel. My wife and I REALLY appreciated it for what it was worth. The service was great and the pictures were not exaggerated at all. They are very accurate. Teh room was clean but a little weird b/c they have no carpet (hard tile floors) in your room. Cleaning staff noticed our refridgerator was rusted in our room (we said nothing) and when we got back, the fridge was replaced w/ a brand new one. Its great to have all inclusive b/c you dont have to go hunting for food and they offer a large variety and all of it was very good. Their pool and small beach was great and cleaned every day. My wife and I had Good times, Good times....
