This hotel is about a ten minute walk to the main drag of Gatlinburg. Compared to other hotels on the main road of Gatlinburg this place is really nice. We stayed in a one bedroom condo in phase II and we had a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, ironing board, jacuzzi tub, fireplace and dishwasher. The elevators are slow and the parking spaces are very tight. If your car is over seven feet tall you can park on top, otherwise you have to park in the garage below the hotel and like I said, the spaces are very small. The trolley goes by the hotel so get a schedule and you can ride it for 50 cents if you don't want to walk the entire time. This feature was nice when you were ready to go back to the hotel after walking all day. We really enjoyed Dollywood, Cherokee and the Roaring Fork driving tour(this is just up the street from the hotel). Also, my kids wanted to walk in the creeks on the Roaring Fork driving tour, so I suggest have proper shoes like those slip on water shoes. We were very happy with this hotel because of the space and closeness to the main drag. The most fun day was at Dollywood. Get there early and plan on staying the entire day. My kids (6 & 8) liked the bird show at Dollywood, the Blazing Fury roller coaster which is a very mild coaster for kids and the miniature cars. Also, we hiked Clingman's Dome. My kids didn't enjoy that as much because it is a pretty tough 1/2 mile hike up a mountain and they were freezing.

The hotel was clean, spacious (even for a studio syle) and well equipped. The only problem was the way the room was arranged. The bed was located directly beside the air conditioner - not helpful when you're trying to sleep. The rates were good and I would go again but not to a studio style.

This is a time-share in Gatlinburg that rents out rooms to the general public when it isn't full. We have stayed there twice and it is a nice experience. All rooms have private balconies which was very peaceful in the evenings. The kids loved the choice of indoor or outdoor pools. The staff was very willing to do help us in any way. I wholly recommend this hotel if visiting Gatlinburg.

The condo's we stayed in were really nice. We enjoyed the activites that were there (swimming pools, hot tubs & basketball). It was really close to the Gatlinburg strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Anything we needed was only a phone call away. This should be a 5 star resort!!! We will return.

The condo we stayed in was very conveniently located to the Gatlinburg Convention Ctr where our daughter was dancing in the Nationals Competition. The room was very clean and spacious. We were on the 1st floor near the grilling area which we utilized. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly when we checked in, however, we placed a call and the technician responded promptly and the problem solved. We had a two bedroom both which had large jacuzzi tubs. The master Bathroom was very spacious and the kitchen included a washer and dryer. We'd definitely stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

We were very dissapointed in our room. The carpet was so dirty I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The bed was hard and the hide-a-way bed for the kids was sunk in the middle. Very uncomfortable. In the evening when we tried to take our showers there was never any hot water. I complined and they said that the hot water heater broke but had been repaired. We still didn't have hot water even after that. From the outside it looks very nice, nice pools and beautiful waterfall. Have some nice outdoor seating. No room service. You have to take your towels down before noon the next day and get clean ones.

This is a great hotel for families. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was very roomy and had everything we could need. The kitchen was completely equipped and saved us money on meals. We had a room that faced the street and it was still very quiet. The pools were never very crowded and we could walk everywhere. We appreciated being able to save money by foregoing maid service and exchanging the towels ourselves, I would prefer that to them having to raise the price to employ more staff. The room was very clean when we arrived. There are many planned activities and so much to do in the area that our 3 days stay wasn't nearly long enough. Even our 17 year old said he wanted to come back. We will definitely return.

This is a resort type hotel. Good price, but I was not at all happy that we had to take the trash out ourselves and if you want fresh towels you have to take them and exchange them out yourself. It is an additonal charge to have your room cleaned, and they put a hold on your credit card for 7 days, until they verify that nothing was removed from the room. I have no problem with this but I was NOT made aware of this until I was checking in. I can remember not so long ago when this would have hurt our budget for the trip.

We stayed on Sun through Fri. I heard from other guests this is a time share hotel. I spoke with time share owner at indoor pool saying they update rooms almost every year. The Town Square sections (phase I/II/III) are updated and very clean. We stayed in a 2br condo unit (402) on south side of complex looking up the Historic Nature trail street (very decent view). Really the only bad thing was the towels smelled old.

This condo provides large, extremely well equipped condo units. There are activities for guests every day and the location can't be beat. There was no need for us to take our car for days we explored Gatlinburg. Would go back at a moments notice. By going through Expedia we understand that we got a better unit than going through a condo rental company.

What a wonderful surprise! We got a terrific price through Expedia and wondered if it was too good to be true. However, when we got to the hotel, it was MORE than we had expected! There were two nice bath rooms, a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, two gas fireplaces, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The wash and dryer were invaluable since we spent time on the trails in the Smokey Mountians National Park. In addition, the hotel was close enough to the town that we walked just a mere three blocks to the main "drag" in town. The hotel had two pools which we mostly had to ourselves! We would diffently recommend this hotel for familes looking to spend time together while also having enough room to spread out! Thanks Again - Expedia!!!

This was our first time staying in Gatlinburg, normally we stay in Pigeon Forge. We went for a 2-night getaway. When we got to our room, we were very pleasantly surprised. First of all, we loved the location - we walked easily to all the attractions. Also we loved the amenities, especially the hot tub. The room was in excellent shape and had very nice furniture. The kids were very happy in their "own" room. Overall, we loved Gatlinburg Town Square and definitely plan on staying there again.

This condo rental was wonderful for me, my husband and two kids. It is in the heart of Gatlinburg where all the action is easily accessible by trolley or on foot. To our surprise they even had planned activities for children and adults: craft days, movie rentals, book and board game check out, even a dinner and music night! The full kitchen helped with meal cost as we were able to eat in most of our stay. We plan to go back.

Our famly went to this resort over our Spring Break so it was busier than normal. I could not get a 2 bedroom like I had reserved. They gave me a 1 bedroom and and 1 bedroom lockout which with three kids I didn't care for. The indoor pool was very nice and large and with the resort being full, never seemed too busy. Our balcony faced the outdoor fountain and loved just sitting out there listening to it although it needed to be cleaned. If I had to list anything I didn't care for, I'd say it was the showers. The water pressure we had in the 2 rooms were very low and the showers are very small, like a camp shower. In our shower, there was some ceiling "stuff" that looked to have been patched falling down again. Overall, this was a very nice resort just 3 blocks up from the busy of things. I would stay there again!!

As soon as I got to Gatlinburg, I asked for directions to the street this hotel is on. As soon as I asked, the person said, "You heading to Gatlinburg Town Square?" That let me know it must be a great hotel before I even got to see it. When I got there, the room was amazing! No other words can describe how satisfied I was with the clerk's courtesy and the size of the room. The only problem I had was that the jacuzzi tub's on-button did not work. I lived without it for the three days I was there, but everything else was near-perfect.
