| The trip started when they greeted us at our taxi when we arrived with champagne and cool towels. Check in was a breeze and we were in our room within minutes. The room was nice but the air was not as cool as we would have liked. That is the only negative comment I have about the trip but we did not travel all that way to sit in our room. It was very comfortable at night. The service was good and so was the food. They have something for every taste. They have something for every age. Our 7 year old son was able to release sea turtles back into the ocean. The people make you feel at home and they do it with a smile on their face. The resort is beautiful. Puerto Vallarta is beautiful and you would not believe the sunsets

| My husband and I went to Dreams on our honeymoon the first part of August, we can't wait to go back. It was wonderful, great food, great drinks and great service. Our only complaint, like many others, is that the beds are very hard. We would recommend the sunset sail as an activity to do, it was very relaxing and beautiful. We would also recommend going deep sea fishing, we went with the "Las Vegas Lady" boat for four hours. My husband and another person that went with us caught 4 fish total and had a great time.

| My husband and I stayed at Dreams for 6 days. We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room. The staff was polite, greeted us with a smile; every effort made to meet all our needs. In our opinion, the service is one of the hotel's best assets (besides its location and views). The water was warm, the beach was clean with plenty of lounge chairs to accomodate the guests. We didn't spend much time at the pools because we love being on the beach (music was a little loud at the main pool area). The views from any location of the hotel are fabulous. There are plenty of activities for all ages and interests (loved the early morning yoga class). The spa was small, but very nice, with plenty of services. The food was not great, but very, very good. Since we visted Dreams during August, it was very hot and humid, would recommend having dinner AFTER sunset - it's a litte cooler then.

| Overall the experience was disappointing. The food was bad and the waiters always seemed "put out" to serve you. It is expected that you tip, even though this is an ALL-inclusive resort. Room service is slow and rooms are not cleaned unless you request them to be. The beaches were also dirty due to 3 rivers emptying into the bay.

| We went to this resort with relaxation in mind and it definitely fit the bill. The service was great with the exception of one dinner out of six where our waiter must have been assigned to too many tables. Other than that one exception, everyone was very attentive to our needs. The private beach was a large reason we picked this hotel; it was so nice to have a quiet place to enjoy the ocean view. We did horseback riding and an ATV tour as fantastic options to see more of Puerto Vallarta.

| There were lots of good things about Dreams Resort and Spa, like the food, size of the rooms, views, etc. Of course, however, i'd rather let others know about the negative aspects so they are not surprised. The pools were WAY too small for the number of guests. We rarely got in the pools because they were too crowded, and it was VERY hard to even find a chair around the pool. They were also dirty. I saw employees cleaning the pools every morning, but by early afternoon they were full of dirt, bugs, leaves, etc. Also, our reservation was not correct. When we arrived at the resort **on our honeymoon** they did not have our reservation...we later found out that they had it listed with my husband's middle name as his last name. When we finally got that straightened out, we discovered that our room had two double beds instead of a full bed. (remember, we were on our honeymoon). we stayed there 5 nights and never got the king-size bed. we ended up pushing the two beds together.

| I loved the hotel. The service was great, food, friendly, family orientated, great location, and it has a beautiful beach. The only negative thing I can say is. The location ( in the middle of a rainforest)caused a lot of huminity. It was very difficult to breath and even be comfortable around the hoteal. Overall i woul recomend everyone to go. | The hotel was beautiful. All rooms really were ocean-view. We went in July, so the hotel was not very busy. It was very easy to get a seat at the pool or on the beach. The food was very good - although it took a long time to get the food. I didn't like the outdoor restaurants because of the bees during the day and the mosquitoes at night. Room service really is 24 hours a day. The hotel has set cab fares to certain locations - so the cab drivers can't overcharge you. Only $4 to go downtown! The service was wonderful, everyone was really nice. We would definitely stay at this resort again!

| My 17 year old daughter and I just got back from 7 days at Dreams. Hotel staff: Exceptional - very gracious and helpful. Comfort of Room- we stayed in Jr Suite. Roomy , fantastic view , but dated, beds and pillows very very hard, asked for a foam mattress and orthopedic pillow never appeared. After 2 nights of waking up feeling bruised took comforter , folded and placed over mattress - didn't help much. I asked other guests about their rooms and whether Jr suite worth the extra cost over deluxe rooms - sounded about the same except deluxe rooms a little older. Beach and Ocean - Gorgeous, well kept. Pools: too small, adult pool always full of same group drinking all day -hog all the chairs- in seven days never got one! really people, why travel all the way to Puerto vallarta to sit in a pool 24/7? Best Food- Oceana and Room Service ! Heat and Humidity: OPPRESSIVE! If you can't tolerate heat do not travel in hot Summer months. I lost 10 lbs .Also with the humidity clothes feel damp all the time as well as everything in room. I sprinkled baby powder everywhere to absorb humidity. Travel into town: taxis are cheap and fun , shopping is interesting - compare from store to store. If you are buying tequilla save your money for the duty-free in the airport-great selection and price Even with the heat and bad bed -left Dreams feeling realxed and refreshed

| We had a great time at Dreams! We loved the private beach (kept away too many vendors and annoying time-share guys) and the service was wonderful. We never had any food or drink we didn't like, and you can always ask them to alter what's on the menu. The restaurants were wonderful, the staff friendly and professional. The room was kept clean, and occasionally we had turn-down service (take small US bills for tips; they go a long way). Our only complaint of the resort was the beds were really hard. Several people in town (cabbies, etc) mentioned Dreams was the best hotel in the area. The downtown part was super cute and only a $4 taxi ride away.

| I visited Dreams for a quick vacation over the 4th. Its in a great location with an incredible private beach. All three pools looked great but we only used the adults only infinity pool. The staff was as friendly as any of the hundreds of places I have visited around the world. The food was great but not huge portions. You can always request more though! The drinks were strong enough and they would poor premium brands upon request. I would recommend Dreams resort to anyone looking for a quick, worry free get-a-way.

| We stayed at the Dreams from Sunday through Thursday and really enjoyed ourselves. The beach was very nice and there were plenty of chairs and cabanas. The food was excellent. The dress code is not as enforced as the brochures say it was. The room had a minor maintenance issue the night we got there and there was a HUGE rain storm and our roof leaked in 3 different places but it was from the pool on the pent house level leaking - at least it wasn't over the bed. The beds are firm but we slept very well. The beach was nice and relaxing and the drinks were great. Say Hi to Alberto at Oceana

They delivered champagne and fruit to us, since we were honeymooners. The staff was extremely friendly. We called the travel agency on the resort and told them the things we wanted to do and how long we would be staying. She called us back and had already booked all our events, like swimming w/dolphins, sailing, and riding ATVs. Our room was always clean when we would come back from whatever it was we were doing that day. We ordered room service a lot. The food was great. We will definitely go back. I'm telling everyone about our great experience with Dreams. The location was perfect.

| My boyfriend and I went to Puerto Vallarta as a "just because" vacation and we had a great time. After looking at the hotels in town, Dreams is by far the nicest looking hotel. The beaches in town were nothing like I'd expected and Dreams had a beautiful beach (probably the best in PV). The food was OK, but only 3 of the 5 hotels had air conditioning...it was SOOOO miserably hot and humid that we really couldn't enjoy our dinners. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't as cold as we would have liked it either. We spent alot of our time at the pool swim up bar. That was very nice (if you could find a seat) the only complaint I had about the pool bar was that children were allowed to sit at it and splash and play. The service was very good at Dreams, the drinks were just OK, not very strong. Beer was served in used plastic cups as were the rest of the drinks. My boyfriend ordered Jack and Coke and they gave him Jim Beam and coke, not the same at all. The sports bar was nice, not too many people in there but nice for a few drinks and games of pool. We had a good time, would have been better without the extreme heat though. If we did go back to PV, we would stay at Dreams again.

| We read a ton of reviews from several places. Dreams seemed to have the most consistantly good reviews. This rates very high on my list of "would I go back?". We had a wonderful week. Rooms: Rooms were cleaned and kept well. Yes the beds are hard. We ended up having to move due to a plumbing issue. (It's Mexico get over it) The first room had hard pillows and the air conditioner was loud and did not work the best. The second room we were in had wonderful feather pillows and the air conditioner worked great. The Beach: It was great. The beaches in town were dirty and packed. The beach at Dreams was clean and although you had the people trying to sell stuff, they did not pester you. The Service: Very good at 4 of the 5 restaurants. (El Patio was only OK)The food was chef prepared and very good. Plenty of selection. The bartenders were great. They mixed high quality drinks. Make sure you say hi to Crispin at the Barrcuda bar which is located by the infinity pool. He makes a mean margarita!! Overall we were treated very well and enjoyed our stay.

Grilled burgers on the beach was the perfect prelude to an afternoon nap in the shade followed by a few trips to the swim-up bar. Dinners were great at all of the Dreams restruaunts, our favorite was Oceana for seafood. The most fun was elPatio for Mexican. After dinner - the resort entertainment and open bar was a perfect warm up prior to an evening in downtown Puerto Vallarta nigh clubs. We danced for hours! Nothing to do the next day but wake up and do it all again. We always felt safe and just had a great time. Our motto each night... "Another Top Ten Day!"
