| Our group enjoyed getting away from the typical casino environment to a smaller, quieter location. The staff was very responsive to every request and personable but not invasive. I had two lightbulbs out in my bathroom and housekeeping sent someone up within minutes of my call. The bed was one of the best I have slept in. The shower heads, water pressure or something, were not up to the quality of the rest of the experience. It would definitely be where we would stay for a return trip.

| The beds in the Siena Hotel were oh so comfortable! Quite the best that I have ever experienced in any Hotel. I cant see ever staying in any other Hotel in Reno. The hotel is right next to the Truckee River. 2 blocks away was an open-air ice skating rink. Easy walking distance to 5 casinos and the Automobile museum. visited 12/17/05.

| We went there to get away from the kids for a night and had a wonderful time. This hotel/casino is small, upscale, and has a great location. The bed, pillows, and decor were great. They have a nice cafe, wine bar, and upscale resturant on the river.

| This was by far the worst night stay EVER!. We were on the 2nd floor. They had a night club with loud music unitl 3am. The night lights in the room were so bright, making it impossible to fall asleep. The room was very, very small. The curtains did not function so we were unable to open them up during the day to let light in. The view was of the dirty roof. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room we were put in was a smoking room. It was a horrible stay and for the price we paid for the night it was not accomodating at all. Never again would we stay at this hotel/casino even if the room were free. The night club music was so loud it keep myself, my husband as well as our 1 year old daughter up unitl 3 am. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

| The Siena is a slightly older hotel but still very nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable ,but, the "pillows" are a little too bulky to be comfortable! Its location on the Truckee river is wonderful, very relaxing. Reno has alot of after dinner activities, many of which are free. If you walk the river walk you can find kayakers, tubers, and swimmers at the park along the Truckee. Overall it's a great town -exciting-relaxing-whatever your looking for and gives you a safe feeling walking around with all the police and security about. Reno's clean also. We loved it--even at 103 degrees!! We would definitely go back and stay at the Siena.

| My husband and I were pleased overall with the Siena Hotel. It was a few blocks away from the larger hotels in Reno, so it was more quiet. While the room was small and the view looked out onto the air conditioning system (ask for a room with a view of the river), the casino was not overcrowded and thus not terribly smoky, and both the dinner and breakfast were good and reasonably priced. They also have a smoke-free bar downstairs that plays jazz, which was an extra treat. We'd stay there again if attending a Reno concert.

| Stayed in room 325 on 5/25-5/26. Smoke detector head was missing for whatever reason and the ac seemed to only work from about 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Kind of stuffy and warm other times.

| The hotel was great. It's nice to stay away from the neon of Reno, but still one street away from the strip. Parking is exptremely convenient. The only complaint was that the AC in our room didn't work as well as we would have liked.

| I was impressed with the look of the hotel and casino. I had a nice but small room that overlooked the Truckee River. The bedding was lush and comfortable. It was great having access to the wireless internet system on each floor of the hotel. My major complaint about the room was there were no comfortable chairs to sit to either work or watch TV. I was also not impressed with the food in the coffee shop.
