| It was overall very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. People were very polite as well. It would had been almost perfect if the hallway didn't smell like smoke. There are designated smoking rooms, but they are mixed next door to non smoking rooms that you can still smell the smoke in the hallway.

| The room was clean and relaxing with high ceiling and decent amenities (TV with choices of movies/ games, decent bath goods, fridge, etc.). Don't expect anything spectacularly lavishing in overall atmosphere, but this hotel is conveniently located country side getaway.

| The Hilton Garden Inn is exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton - standard clean room, breakfast, etc. There was a wine tasting in the evening. And, the front desk was great about arranging transportation to and from the restaurant where we ate dinner.

| What this hotel has going for it, is location. If you are planning to visit the Napa and Sonoma Wine Regions, it is centrally located to both. The common areas of the hotel were nicely maintained. The pool looked inviting although it was too cool for a swim while we were there. The Marriott is directly south of the Hilton, but the Marriott was closer to the railroad tracks and appeared to be older. The staff was freindly, but not real helpful when suggesting dining options for the area.

| Whilte the hotel staff was polite, we did not think that this hotel met its description as a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the wine country. Our room was a smoking room (although we requested non-smoking). The hotel was adequate, but not a good quality/price ratio. It would be better to stay in a smaller hotel outside of Napa if visiting the wine country. Breakfast was not included.
