My husband and I and our two children had such a wonderful time at Premier Vacation Homes Walt Disney Area /Maingate. The home was beautifully kept (grounds and all). We were quite surprised to see that every home their had their own screened in pool. My two children simply enjoyed our entire time in Florida. The home was furnished decoratively and well stocked with all the items you might need at home including kitchen utensiles, towels, even a washer and dryer. If you don't mind driving to and from attractions sites, you will love the time you spend at Primier Vacation Homes. The staff was accomodating. We loved the privacy of vacationing in our very own home, even if only for 1 week. We will return again, hopefully next year with the rest of our family!

This was the most enjoyable trip ever. I will never do a traditional hotel for a family trip again. This house provided everything we needed for the family and we enjoyed the pool a great deal. It was a nice size with lots of space. Not nearly as cramped as a traditional hotel. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Loved everything. Especially being able to cook meals for the family and just relax.

My children and I stayed here for six days. The place was very clean, close to the parks, stores and other places of interest. Our only negative comment was that the linens were a bit worn but they were in very clean condition. Plus, the home had a washer and dryer for our convenience. The grills (one gas and the other charcol) were very dirty so we didn't use them. We really enjoyed our stay otherwise and will return very soon!

This was a 3 bedroom home and very nice. All the comforts of home. Very resonable rates. Our main problem is that no one ever told us that the homes are not all together in 1 place. We got directions from expedia.com, which we thought were to the location of the vacation homes and office. The office is not anywhere near the homes. It is a real estate office next to a gas station, with a sign almost impossible to see if you weren't told ahead of time what to look for. So we ended up driving around for 3 hours, from 12:00am till 3:00am with no luck finding it. At that point we were furious and called expedia.com, since the real estate office was closed till 7 or 8:00am. Someone called us back at that time and told us what to look for and where find our keys and where our house was. We actually got in the house at around 4:00am. It was 20 minutes away from the real estate office. When we came back to the office the next morning to check-in and sign official paperwork. We talked to the family ahead of us and found out the same thing happened to them and they drove around for 4 hours before calling expedia.com. This company needs to let customers know ahead of time, if they are arriving after hours, specific instructions on what to look for and not just directions to an address.

Decide to stay at one of the properties during a recent trip to Orlando with my wife and son. Mixed business with a trip to the Disney Parks. Upside: Clean, lots of room, close to parks, comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Downside: 4 PM checkin, 11 AM checkout; some carpets threadbare. Overall an excellent value. My son got his own room, my wife and I some piece and quiet, and we avoided having to pay for $5 bowls of cereal at breakfast.

My family of 4 stayed at the Premier Vacation homes on the last school week vacation. We stayed at the Liberty site near Orlando for 9 nites. I was a bit nervous in choosing the home versus a hotel or a Dsiney site, but I was very surprised with the unit. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a pool. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Only 10 mins from Disney!! My wife and sons agree that this is the only way to stay. Very nice accomodations, well kept and great staff. I would highly recommend the place!! Jim

I must say that my family and I truly enjoyed our stay in the vacation home we stayed in Florida. I enjoyed the heated pool, the equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. This was a wonderful expreience for me and I do plan on calling Preimer for my next trip. I really enjoyed the staff and the help that they gave us (we arrived early and they were nice enough to give us some places that we could go to kill some time while they got the house ready for us). This was way more than I expected! Thank you Preimer Vacation Homes for such a wonderful time.

We stayed in one of their homes that had a private pool. There were 6 of us in a 3 bedroom, nice to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Saved money cooking some of the meals ourselves and had all the comforts of home. We would do the home stays again over staying in a motel. I admit I was skeptical at first as to what to expect and was very pleased. The only thing that would have been better, if the house would have been a little closer to the theme parks and eating establishments.

The floors were dirty. They were swept, and the carpets were vacuumed but they were filthy. So filthy that my toddlers brand new shoes were black by the second day. Ants are a problem in FL, but we started out with them in the kitchen and so eating at the house was unpleasant. Also the house we stayed in was for sale, imagine our surprise when we came back and found that the house had been shown with our dirty clothes in a pile. The staff was friendly and the linens were all clean. It was nice to have privacy, and quiet while on vacation. I would recommend renting from a different management company.

Our family arrived to a beautiful, affordable vacation home to stay in for the week. Even had an extra bedroom and a grill! Spacious kitchen and living areas, very nice bedrooms. Wonderful master bath. Great to have a home to come back to after visiting theme parks and such. Also nice to stay there all day and relax and visit, as the Minnesota branch of our family shared the house with our New Hampshire relatives. Our 3 year old loved the pool, no need to spend $$$ on a theme park every day.

This place was great. There was plenty of room and the area was nice. Also, it was very very close to Disney. THE ONLY complaint we have is that the matress and box springs in the master bedroom was extremely dirty. This house is in real need for new beds in ALL bedrooms and the sheets have seen better days. They had little knots all over them like they had been washed with towels too many times. Other than that, everything else was fabulous.

Stayed at the 4 bedroom Executive Home and really were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the home and the amenities provided. Truly felt like a home away from home. Staff was very accomodating, even letting us stay an extra 2 hours as we had a late flight out. At first, I was not going to respond to the review request, but then thought it would be good to hear of a good stay. The pool could have been warmer, but we stayed between Christmas & New Year's, so the weather wasn't that warm for swimming (did pay the extra to heat the pool). Would recommend if not planning on using the pool, don't get it heated for the extra cost (we only used once). The pool area was nice to sit out and relax, and grill of course.

We stayed here during the Christmas and New Years vacation. Orlando is really crazy, but this house was in a quiet neighborhood. The 5BR home was sufficient, but not what I would call an executive home. I think it was 2100 sq ft. Curtains in front "bedroom" were pretty sheer, and the street light was a problem. We would throw a blanket over the curtain rod. Pool is small and it took 4 days for the maintenance to figure that the pilot light on the heater was out. Only get a pool if you really feel you would use it. You cannot leave a patio door open due to pool alarms since kids can accidentally go into the pool. I wish we could leave the door open. Plenty of dishes and glassware, but not cutlery. We probably would do this type of a rental again, because it worked out great for our needs. Disney is about 15 minutes away. Closest Market, Kings, is pretty poor quality. Our house was close to I4 and 192.

The kids could use the pool (we liked the door alarm with our four year old in the house)and my wife relaxed in our large garden tub. In the mornings we were able to get up and have breakfast and not be in a rush to get showered and out the door. I would recommend this for any family visiting the Orlando area.

We loved our house! It was as big as our own home, but with less "stuff" than we have in our house, so it was a pleasure to not have to pick up after everyone all the time. It was wonderful to be able to get away from the crowds and relax in our own private pool. And you can't beat breakfast at "home" and not having to pay $10 for a bowl of cereal. But remember...it's NOT a hotel, so don't expect turn-down service. You're on your own to make your beds and clean up after yourself. If you're flying, try to avoid buying too much food that you won't be able to bring back with you. And you while they provide "starter" rolls of potty paper and tissues, you will need to buy some of your own if you are staying a while or have a large group. You will also need to supply your own dish soap and laundry detergent. Oh, and pack light. We brought half as many clothes as we thought we'd need, and we could have done with a third of what we brought. I hate to have laundry around, so we just kept throwing a load in before we'd leave for the parks so we wouldn't have to lug home dirty clothes. Overall, a fabulous experience! We'd do it again in a heartbeat.
