A relatively quiet location in Key West; first class amenities; low pressure service staff; great pool - no restaurant on site (this can be a plus). Views from our rooms were superb.

Very nice hotel with all the comforts of home. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the airport is very close but the noise didn't bother us too much. The only complaint we had was that the hotel should provide a shutttle too and from the airport. We have a family of 5 and thought it was quite rediculous that we had to pay a cab $27.50 plus tip each way ($5.50 per person) for a 200 yard trip.

The room is beautiful, spacious and easily would accommodate six. The grounds were almost back in shape post the hurricane and a nice place to relax by the pool. The adjacent restaurants were closed and you are near nothing else other than the airport,so get some food when you are in town.

The hotel was beautiful! Everything was actually great except for the mosquitoes/insects outside....(on the room's outside terrace, by the pool/jacuzzi area, the hotel's backyard garden,..any place outside your room!)........its been a week and we still got these annoying (and verrrry itchy!)insect bites!....As long as you probably put on any insect repellant spray or lotion...you'll be fine on your stay in this hotel...

The hotel room was GREAT! It not only was well decorated and comfortable, but also had a washer and dryer in the room, laundry detergent, cookware, baking sheets, a blender, full size refrigerator, place settings and silverware for 6, as well as a table, chairs, rockers and telescope on the balcony! The pool was great and they had a towel service and poolside music. The only disapointment was that there wasn't a beach across the street. I would most definately stay there again.

What a great property to stay at while you are in the Keys!It was quiet, super well maintained, and lots of parking. The hotel is on the "far side" of the island, but still was only minutes from the action downtown. Plenty of shuttle services if you don't have a car. The airport was not annoying at all.

Room's were comfortable and fully furnished. Balcony with table and chairs for eating breakfast as the sun rose over the ocean. Pool, hot tub, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained with snack bar near by. Would definitely go back again. Only complaint was that check in time isn't until 4pm, we thought it was 2pm, and check out time is 10am-too early, should be no earlier than 11 am.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts we've ever stayed in. The rooms are a condo style with full kitchens, baths and living room. Our room had a large balcony with a glass table and chairs over-looking the ocean. I believe most if not all the rooms had the same type of balcony and similar ocean view. If you're staying in Key West for more than 1 night, this is the ultimate luxury for an exceptionally reasonable rate.

What a beautiful place! At first, I was a little anxious about the close proximity to the airport, but the plane noise was minimal, and not bothersome at all. The units were immaculate, comfortable, all with a view of the water. The landscaping is luxurious, with mature trees and lush plantings, adding to the over all tropical feeling. Easy access to the town, walking distance to Smathers Beach. Five stars, in my opinion!

This is a timeshare/vacation property. Each 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is identically but beautifully furnished. No room better than another. Just a different angle of a wonderful oceanview from the balconies. The grounds are impecably landscaped and maintained. No restaurant on site but in room kitchen amenities are just like home if not better, if you don't mind cooking your own.MAJOR DRAWBACK.........Back side of the property literally borders the ending of the Key West airstrip and the front of the property borders the main traffic drag onto the island on the Atlantic side. The plane and traffic noises are loud and pretty much constant. Bring earplugs if you desire peace and quiet here. If you can somehow disregard the horendous noise, this is a beautiful 5 Star property at a 3 Star price.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are gracefully appointed. Service is excellent. The only drawback is its location at the end of the runway of the airport - very noisy at times. Also, if Key West is crowded, the Bone Island Shuttle service can be slow and erratic. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel interior and exterior was just so beautiful and accomodating. Planning to stay again with friends in future. Although not downtown, we found parking lots (not meters) for $5.00 a day (or we could take the Conch Shuttle). Best of both worlds -- the fast pace, party atmosphere in Key West we all love, and the peaceful and simply beautiful Windward Pointe stay for total relaxation. Also, there is a terrific walking path along the coast right out front on S. Roosevelt.
