Can't beat it for the price (great deal thru Expedia) and location. The rooms are a bit dated but hey it's Reno not Las Vegas.

The hotel was great but the caino was very short on games and the resturants all closed at nine except one in the casino and it (pardon the expression) sucked. It was the worst food we had had. We did not even finish eating. Stay at the hotel but play and eat elsewhere.

Arrived at night, and when we found that the parking was at an off-site lot we stopped at the driveway to take our bags in and check in. We were informed by a valet that we couldn't park there. After arguing with him, he let us leave our car there to check in and carry our bags in. After we returned to our car, the valet said, "Do you want to valet? It's free," WHAT!? He could have said that BEFORE we made a trip up to our room! All night we could hear trains going by. I counted 10 trains, each honked at least 30 times. You could hear everything going on outside, even from the 6th floor.

It was a very pleasant stay. Our only problem was trying to find a ride to the airport at 4:00AM. A cab was called at 3:50, and a ride didn't arrive until 4:20. The hotel should provide this service.

Hotel only had one person on check-in and check-out desks at the busiest times of the day. Once in, the hotel is a great deal in downtown Reno.

Most importantly, the room was clean. Outdated, bad lighting, very smoky downstairs.

There's an outdoor parking lot across the street from the hotel. The rooms were not cleaned very well. You can see hair on the floor and the counters from the previous residers. The housekeeper comes into your room and then knocks.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel and as always it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Reno, on top of that, the the price that we received from Expedia was the cheapest we have ever found on any travel site. The resturants are great and inexpensive. We did have terrible service at one of the resturants once time and they took care of the entire bill without any problems. been back to that resturant since and had wonderful service. I would highly recomend this hotel.
