| I have only stayed in two Vincci hotels, but I can't say enough good things. The service and amenities were above what I expected, and each was distinctly designed with respect to it's location in Spain. Everything mentioned here by other travelers regarding location and rooms is accurate, no need to repeat. I highly suggest.

| It was great for the price. located in a central area (near good shopping and a short walk to the cathedral. Had problems with the air conditioning. They seem to control it from the front desk.

| The hotel is well located near the Cathedral and Bullring. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Most of the staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful with answering questions, making reservations, calling cabs, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Seville.

| Central location. Great location for walking to all the main sights. Hotel staff was helpful and answered all our questions in English. They called ahead to confirm our next reservation, which was not at a Vincci hotel. WIFI available at 15 Euros per day. Great news for our teenaged daughters.

| Stayed in this hotel in early April. Very nice hotel, great view from rooftop, nice courtyards, and very comfortable room. On a quiet street within easy walking distance of the cathedral, pedestrian shopping district, and river. Despite teing somewhat more expensive that we were hoping to spend, we were very pleased withe the amenities and location. Our personal experience was that the female receptionist was rather unfriendly and not service-oriented, but the male hotel manager went over and beyond to help us when my daughter became ill and we needed to cancel the flamenco show tickets purchased through the hotel. The receptionist was adamant that she could not call and cancel our reservation and we certainly couldn't get our money back. The manager overheard this and an hour later told me that everything had been arranged and I should go to the front desk and they would reimburse me. I was not aware that he was still working on allowing us to cancel our tickets and was very surprised that we were able to do so. Would highly recommend this hotel.

| The neighborhood was great and the desk staff and employees were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were a little too cozy but otherwise well appointed. The bathrooms were very nice and the heated towel racks and heated floors were a nice touch. The best thing was that the catehdral was only about 2-3 blocks away as was the river. It couldn't have been more centrally located.
