| The chairs in this room were so filthy they should be burned. There was a strong smell of mildew. There was a hole in the wall from the door knob-through to the drywall on the other side. They blankets had clumps of hair on them. Though all rooms were 'non smoking' there were ashtrays in the room. The bathroom and carpet and surfaces looked ok and I think the maid did as good a job as she could considering. Spend a few more dollars and stay in a good hotel.

| this hotel was old, outdated and the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Would not go there again.

| The customer service was poor, not very helpful with directions, but was helpful with extra toels, pillows, etc. The pool was tiny, no fun at all. Location was closer to Busch gardens than the rest, but farther from most of the main attractions. I would not stay again or reccommend to friends.

| I had thought I was going to obtain a very nice hotel room for a great price. But that was not the case. My hotel key did not work, even though I went to the front desk twice in order to get the key to function correctly. Control of water temperature was sporadic and I had to be careful in using hot water or I'd scorch. Control of room temperature was also an iffy proposition. I was not impressed.
