| This is a quite old hotel that needs some maintenance. Carpeting in the room is in bad shape. Bathroom is OK, as the rest of the room condition. As it is a hotel near the airport I would recomend to put a business center with computers with internet available with no cost for customers to check e-mailsThanks

| May be the closest to JFK, but spend 3 more minutes on a shuttle and stay down the road! Property is in need of updates and the staff was rude.

| The Hotel is well located and close to all the terminals. It is a very good place to stay if you are overnighting at JFK. payton smith

| The walls are really thin. The woman in the next room was on the phone at 1:00 AM and I heard every word she said.

| Check in is sometimes a lengthy process given the nature of tour groups or planes bringing gobs of people in at a single time'' Breakfast at the hotel was a disaster..No kithen help and no plates for even the buffet which was recommended as being faster than orderig from the menu.. Who has time to waste waiting for plates to be delivered. No staff member evn said were sorry!
