This is in a great location in Waikiki. We were able to walk to most places and the shuttles picked us up for the other attractions. We would stay there again. In addition, the hotel was very nice and the staff were very hospitable.

Service with a smile and a great location make the Prince Kuhio an ideal place to stay if you dont mind walking 2 blocks to access the beach. The Radisson Prince Kuhio is just far away from the hustle and bustle of the international market place area but close enough to walk to all areas of Waikiki. I would highly recommend the R.P.K. to any one lucky enough to spend some time on Oahu.

Quieter than right on the beach or a few blocks further downtown, yet only a block away from the main beach area and with a view of the ocean, we felt close to everything. Our room had both a shower and tub, was clean, comfortable, and located within easy walking distance of everything in Waikiki. Tour vans and buses picked us up at our hotel lobby or at a hotel a block away and there was helpful staff right in the lobby. The grounds were pretty and well kept and the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet.

No real complaints about the hotel. The pool area was really nice, and the bartenders would come around to take your order so getting out of the beach chair wasn't necessary. It felt good. The staff was always really friendly. The room was clean. I think paying a little extra to get the ocean view room is well worth it. The little balcony was great too. You might end up riding the elevators longer--but it's worth it.

I really enjoyed staying at the Radisson Prince Kuhio Hotel. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. On our last day, we were given a courtesy room for an hour for us to take a shower and get ready for our flight and we were allowed to have a late check out. The people working for the hotel were so great and I felt taken cared of till the last minute. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Waikiki in Hawaii!!!

What a treat this hotel was! Just one block back from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki beachfront, it is still close enough to walk everywhere. The 10th floor pool and bar was wonderfully relaxing and private. My room on the 29th floor provided a spectacular unobstructed oceanview. The staff was the most curteous I've had in any hotel. This is the best you can get for a moderate priced hotel on Waikiki.

The room was very clean with a small fridge and cable tv; even had a morning newspaper at the door. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I did not have occassion to each in the restaurant. Elevators were quick. Very good deal for the money. As I later found out, the folks at the office I was visiting said they now have some of their larger meeting functions there, also like it; they mentioned it under went some renovation not to long ago.

Great place to stay, be sure to include the breakfast buffet in your hotel deal. Rooms very clean, staff was more than excellent. View of mountains or ocean is breath taking. It was our five stay with them. I would even recommend the Radisson to my mother-in-law if she was still with us, bless her soul.

This is a hotel with very friendly staff and it is close to the beach, but it has probably seen its peak. Although it has been given a facelift not so long ago, you do see signs of age here and there. The most exciting thing it has is that while it is a rather tall building, the balconies are VERY open - there are no stone walls, just the metal grid all around. When you have a room on a 32nd floor, it might not be easy to step out even for a second :-)

Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio is an older hotel that is convienient to the beach and the shopping. It has a nice pool. Tne breakfast that was included in the cost was outstanding as was the service of the entire hotel staff. We had a telephone charge to our room that was a computer error (over $300); rather than waiting for checkout to find it, the front desk brought it to our attention and resolved it without any problem. We really appreciated that and made our stay so much nicer.

My husband and I stayed at Radisson Prince Kuhio hotel, during our first trip to Hawaii. Hotel was nice and clean. Newly remodeled lobby was beautiful. We stayed in a Kuhio Club Ocean View Room. Which was nice and clean. We had a great view of the ocean. However, the bathroom was very small and when you flash the toilet it made a loud noise. But it didn't really bother us. Hotel was very close to the beach, about 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a good deal for the money. We got what we wanted - ocean view and close to the beach.

Loved the location, 5 min away from the beach, area pretty quiet compared to other hotel locations I observed. Breakfast buffet was veryconvienient no walking around and wasting time in the morning haste. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk, bellhops, and tourplanning desks. The room was located on the 27th floor with a beautiful ocean view room. No noiseto speak of. The room and bathroom were on thesmall side, but sufficient enough. The only negative things were, there was a slight mildew smell, maybe from the carpet. Also the bath tub is very deep and when you get out of the shower there is no bar to hold on to. Be careful!

My husband and I did like the hotel and its' location. The hotel was very clean - the lobbies, restuarant and our room.If you're accustomed to plush accomodations then you may need to look further. We were expecting a feather top bed cushion or mattress and were disappointed. The bed very standard and took some time to getting used to.I wasn't thrilled about the breakfast buffet but most of the dinner entree' were tasty. As for the location, it's about a block from the beach and the upper level rooms offer a mountain view or ocean view. We started with the standard room with a view of neighboring building and we pleased when we upgraded for a nominal fee. This hotel is also within walking distance of the zoo, aquarium, most restaurants and stores.Would I stay at thie hotel a gain? Probabaly.
