| Nicely decorated. Quality furniture in bedroom and new fixtures and very clean bathroom. Plenty of towels. Breakfast in Library was a little expensive but good food and pleasant.This hotel is very well situated for visits to the Natural History Museum, Museum of the City of New York and even the Metropolitan Museum of Art since the bus is right across the street.

| They need to let us know and give us a coupon for parking garage. they never mentioned it , and it was 50% off. We ended up paying full price because we didn 't have voucher from Hotel. They knew we had a car and suggested the parking garage. ther wise great location and immaculate.

| TV reception and Internet hookup consistently spotty; "service" is non-existent; but it's clean and comfortable and well-situated, near subway. Brits seem to like it a lot.

| The hotel was almost perfect for our needs. The location is wonderful for a leisure trip - near the park, quiet, a more residential feeling than mid-town, but lots of shops and restaurants. Our style is not to require much, but when we needed something staff was pleasant and efficient. My one quibble - no refrigerator in the room.
