| When my wife and I entered the Suite, I had a very cold, dark, stark feeling to it. Then we went into the bedroom and we immediatley said......lets go and look for something else. The People were nice and the property looks nice, but the unit was very ....uninviting.

| This was our first "family vacation" , it was a wonderful expereince. The kids loved the spacious living area. The amenities were awesome. It was a very nice place to spend time in. The comfort level was very close to home. We would go back definately.

| This resort has great amenities, including an idoor fitness center, outdoor pool, and year-round snack bar. It is a guarded garden apartment community and feels very homey. The rooms were very spacious. There are several small ponds with fountains that were very picturesque. The Fairfield was very close to Williamsburg, about 5 minutes by car. It is also very close to many dining options. The Gazebo Waffle House is a nearby fantastic choice.

| Friendly staff, but this is a timeshare property and they do want their guests to sit in on purchasing a timeshare. When we declined, some staff members were very cold toward us, but that was a small minority.

| The suite was of decent size, well equipped for a long stay, but less so as a hotel substitute. For example, no shampoo was provided--a luxury I've come to expect in hotels with 3 or more stars. All appliances worked well; our single biggest complaint was the beds. The king bed in the bedroom was so hard we thought the floor might be more comfortable. The double fold out (not queen, as promised) was old, saggy and generally miserable. The four of us all had two nights of very little sleep.

| when you first arrive you are greeted by a guard at the front gate, the ones we had dealings with were always polite and couteous. The staff working the lobby were very helpful and informative as to where all the "happenings" were and gave us good brochures and information. The rooms were huge and very well kept and i think the nicest thing off all was the fact that my son and his buddy who are both stationed in williamsburg could visit us and if anyone decided to go to bed, the rest of us weren't disturbing them. We had our own dining area and kitchen so that really helped save on expenses. Also a washer and dryer right there in the room. One of my daughters commented that it was nicer than her apartment, and she has a nice little apartment. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

| We visited the establishment for my birthday, and couldn't believe it. Off season rates are an absolute steal, and the rooms leave nothing to desire. Spa tub for two, billiard room, and a load of other ammenities that we didn't have time to try. I can't wait to get back again!!!

| This was our families third visit to the Williamsburg/Jamestown area. In the past we tried to get as close to the center of things as possible and had rooms that were among the worst ever --cramped and damp, although the prices were not great deals. The Fairfield Williamsburg was a world apart from those previous stays. Very clean and fresh with a nicely equipped kitchen, a huge bathtub, and a washer and dryer --- more than we expected. This one is highly recommended for a great family experience.
