| I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cozumel who want to expereince the best the island has to offer. The hotel was beautiful, from its beaches to its restaurants. The service was impeccable, and all the staff was very hospitable. It is a great place to go if you are looking for solitude, but it is also wonderful because of it's easy access to trips, town and any fun that you could expect.

| We stayed at the Grand Cozumel in late November for our honeymoon, and we could not have had a better experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, and the food was good.

| Got to the Grand after 14 hours of travelling from Seattle. Once we walked in we were handed a glass of champagne and ushered to the check-in desk where we had only to sign our names and then were led to our rooms. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were awesome, with stone floors, a tub and a shower big enough for two. The bed was hard as a rock which for me and my wife was great. Anyway we changed and headed for the beach. Ordered drinks and relaxed in the glorious Mexican sun. Heaven!!! The food was great, which was surprising after reading horrer stories in reviews before my trip, what were those people expecting? There is a well stocked and rotated buffet or you can pick a morning(before 9) to go to the lobby and make reservations for the two sit down restaurants. I highly recommend the steakhouse(the Senora Grill)I Suggest at least two nights there. The drinks came in plenty, anything you wanted, if you want drinks with top shelf booze ask for it they'll bring it. The drinks started off strong, then seemed to taper off a little, but ended strong again, this worked for me since it is all FREE. Overall this was an AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, trip We can't wait to repeat. It all seems like a dream that I want go back to sleep to get back to.

| We only ate Brakefast in the buffet dinning room. The speciality restaurants were great. The Pizza is a little different from U.S. Pizza but very good from our point of view. Lunch is only served at the Beach restaurant - but is very good buffet... The hamburgers were very good to us... Salads were good also.... It was not crowded which was very nice and the staff were great. The hotel is renovating the "Royal Club" section of the property which is said to be completed by early 2005... Should be very nice.. One point - if you plan on renting a car,,, WAIT until you arrive to make arrangements.. From the hotel you can get delivery of the vehicle and pick up of the vehicle without driving to town... I would recommend this service even if it cost an extra 15.00per\day

| Extremely friendly staff and first rate dive operation. Have stayed here 3 times and never had any problems.
