| I travel quite often for R & R. I stay in some of the best hotels in the most vibrant cities. The Westin Bonaventure was one of the best all-time on my list over the last 15 years. That, coupled with the fantastic deal I got on Expedia (Airfare + Hotel Deal), made this a virtual steal. Comfort, Safety, Cleanliness and staff makes revisiting this hotel a must. When in LA this is my new place to stay!

| We were very impressed with the over all service of this hotel, how ever, vallet parking cost were way more than expected. Had a few problems with room service. Suggestion to the hotel is to hire more staff for room service. Other wise I loved the beds... They are truly a delight. I also recomend the Spa. It was very relaxing. I would concider returning in the future.

| Well, we are still daydreaming about the bed. Like sleeping in a cloud, room was quiet, clean, staff beyond friendly. Parking $$$ But you are in downtown LA. The Valet service was quick. Perfect stay.

| The Concierge service was the best I've ever received and I have stayed at FIVE star hotels before. The Concierge service was truly THE BEST. The spindle-top lounge at the top was awesome too. THIS HOTEL has had a lot of movies filmed there and that was pretty exciting too.

| My business partner and I were blown away by the level of customer serivce, cleanliness and auora the hotel gives. It was a great place to stat in LA and I will definetly be staying there on all future trips.

| This hotel has everything you can think of without leaving the property. The heavenly bed is always a winner!!! Concierge was awesome!!

| All of the employees were extremely courteous and helpful. My two complaints are parking, room service. It cost $25 a night to park. Although there is valet service and the parking attendants were extremely friendly, I find this cost for a 3 star hotel to be quite expensive. The first time room service came to clean my room, they did not change the fitted sheet on the bed. I know this, because I spilled wine on the sheet the night before. I had to leave a note for them requesting to change the fitted sheet. Also, I ordered desert and it was horrible. Other than that, the hotel was ok.

| All of our encounters with the hotel staff were first rate, from the front desk (you want a high floor, of course), concierge (can we print those directions for you?), parking (just call, we'll have your car waiting for you). The hotel is an interesting piece of architecture in itself, though some might find it dated. It's walking distance to the new Disney Concert Hall, another interesting piece of architecture. Very comfortable room.The hotel is surrounded by one-way streets (some of those are elevated) and a funny collection of freeway ramps. Hard as we tried, we could not get directly from the freeway to the hotel without a few detours. Another day and we would have had it down.

| My job takes me to Los Angeles and The Westin Bonaventure every five weeks. I always look forward to my stays--the service, comfort, etc. are always top-notch. Last week, they dropped the ball, big time. There was other guests' partially-eaten food and trash in drawers, under the bed, and candy wrappers in pockets of the fluffy white robe in the bathroom. One "discovery" would have been acceptable, but three? I felt DIRTY. UGH!

| The service was wonderful and I can't remember a better night's sleep. This is an excellent hotel and I plan on visiting again.The LA Prime restaurant served the most amazing steak...kudos to the chef and entire staff for a perfect meal.

| We loved our stay. The room had an exquisite bed, with a phenominal view. Everything was very clean and and excellent up-to-date condition. The customer service was supreme. We read that the room was on the smaller size. I suppose it was, but the luxurious bed, shower, view, etc., more than made up for the size.We were there on New Year's Eve Weekend, so the room service was limited - and I suppose that could have been better. But that is my only complaint - and my complaint is minimal.
