| The room was okay, but the pool was closed for Memorial Day weekend. Also the HOT breakfast buffet was a joke. There was no fruit, yogurt, bagels or orange juice on the buffet. The food was of very poor quality. We only ate breakfast there one morning out of our entire stay. The maids woke you up early in the morning pushing their carts up and down the walkways, so don't plan on sleeping in. Other than that, the room was clean and fairly comfortable.

| I will not stay at this hotel again when I'm travelling to Dallas. The lady was rude during check in time. My reservation was not in their computer system. The bed was not made, had to go to front lobby to get fresh linens.

| Inexpensive, convenient free shuttle from the airport (although the wait was over 30min), very clean, felt safe, immaculately clean tub. Comfortable, cool rooms.

| The location of the hotel makes it hard to find the correct exit and then how to get to the hotel after you exit. The shuttle from the airport was too far to walk to the door where they told us on the phone that the shuttle to the hotel was. The shuttle to the airport was very satisfactory. We took a cab back to the hotel from the airport

| If you are not interested in your room having outside access (like a motel), than this hotel is not for you. Other than that, the staff, room and amenities were very accomodating. I was concerned with airport/plane noise which proved to not be an issue for me.

| We stayed at the hotel the night before we were to fly to Rome, Italy. We used their "Park & Fly" service and left our car there for a week. The shuttle took us right to our terminal and picked us up a week later. They had a great breakfast included.
