| The staff at this hotel was delightful - very friendly, almost like a next door neighbor. We fell in love with the beds - not too soft, not too firm. Our only concern with the hotel was the smoky lobby, hallways and elevator areas. The hotel bar is located right up front, so smoke permeates the lobby. And while we were in a non-smoking room, the hallways and around the elevator reeked of smoke. Otherwise, a very delightful stay - and a very convenient location!

| I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Quarterage in Kansas City. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and was kept very clean during my entire stay. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and a delight to be around. They gave me excellent advice on places to eat and visit. The hot breakfast each morning was very good and always plentiful. I could not have been made more welcome. Should I ever have the opportunity to return to Kansas City I will most definately be staying at the Quarterage and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

| This is a pretty nice hotel, even though the gentelman at the transportation station said it was an area he would not recomend walking in. Our conference was in the Plaza area and we walk the mile or so each morning and evening with no issues. About a block a ways is the Nightlife Entertainment area for Westport. We had no issues and everyone was very nice and helpful.

| The Westport area has lots of great places to shop & dine, and the Quarterage is within walking distance of all of them. Our room had faulty plumbing, but as soon as we pointed it out, we were moved to a different room. Everyone was very courteous and the hotel is very clean and secure.

| My family enjoyed our stay at the Quarterage. The employees were courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast provided each morning was wonderful. Also, the hotel is located in an older part of the Kansas City area, with many neat shops and restaurants nearby. The only negative I can report is that the carpets seemed as though they could use a good shampooing.

| Enjoyed our stay at the Quarterage, in Westport, near the Plaza. Hot breakfast was excellent. Room was small but clean. We surely will return to the Quarterage when next in the Kansas City area.

| The but part was waking up and discovering a folded piece of paper with presumably the last occupant's itinerary in between the sheets in my bed. Had they really changed the sheets? Ugh! Other than that...it was a nice place to stay. I have a hard time getting over the thought!

| My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our recent stay. We were close enough to the Plaza to make it convenient but did not pay the high price. Hotel is clean, well maintained and service was friendly. Room was comfortable and we likely the decor. Hot breakfast was very nice. Parking was convenient. Will definitely recommend to others and we will return.
