| This hotel is a little older and they still need to do some updates. For the money we paid it was really nice. I'm glad we chose this hotel because it had everything we needed and we had more money to spen on shopping. If you are on a budget this is a good choice. It also had a really nice indoor pool for the kids.

| In its day I am sure this was one of the nicer places to stay. It needs some major updating but for the price and a one night stay it was a good value. Clean and maintained but a a few cracks in the walls ect. pool area is a nice setup but the water was cold in the pool and too hot in the spa.

| A reasonable place to stay... I give it 1 star. No in-room movies (yet). Breakfast was very basic, but nice. Shower was very nice, water temperature stayed constant. Used to be a 'Days Inn', and the phones still say that. Restaurant attached.

| My wife and I spent the fourth of july in Evansville, a great river city with a rich history. We chose the Evansville Plaza in spite of a couple of negative reviews from other Expedia Travelers. We arrived with possibly lower expectations than usual and was pleasently surprised by the motel staff, cleanliness of the rooms, a great indoor pool and a pretty good continental breakfast the next morning.

| The rooms were fairly clean, however, the exterior strongly needed some updating and just general cleanup. The entire place place smelled very musty and had a feeling of dampness. The bathrooms are very small and tight, the plumbing was not very functional, if you ran a little water in the sink, it took a long time to drain, which didn't allow you to clean quickly. The morning I checked out, I just dressed and drove home, to take a shower and do my morning hygiene routine.

| The hotel wasn't horrible but it wasn't the cleanest place I've ever been. The whirlpool was down. The pool was o.k. if you just need a place to lay your head down between casino stops it's cheap and adequate.
