| Not having an iron and ironing board in the room was a drawback, a tabletop version was available for a deposit. For the money we paid I felt the iron & ironing board should have been in the room. Aside from that the room was nicely decorated, very clean and we were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

| Probably the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with hotel personnel. There was a problem with my reservation and the front desk manager went above & beyond to get things straightened out. He was also very helpful with recommendations & directions. My only complaint was that the bathroom could have been better maintained-the toilet was leaky around the base and the tub needed new caulk.

| When signing in the front desk was very nice & gave us correct directions to the doctor's office we needed to find the next morning. The room was very nice. My daughter, who is autistic, loved the vcr that comes standard with the room. We will definitely stay again if having to see my daughter's doctor so early in the morning.
