| when we got to the hotel we were exhausted. The people behind the desk did whatever they could to make sure that we got to our room as soon as possible. the concierge gave us directions to wherever we needed to go and we felt comfortable asking for assistance. the rooms were clean, the food was good and the hotel more than met our expectations. i certainly would recommend it to anyone as wel;l as return there myself with or without my family.

| we enjoyed staying in this luxury hotel for 3 days. The deal with expedia was worth it when we saw the prices for the night! very nice situation in coral gables close to miracle mile. Buses are available to go downtown and to the airport. We did not need to rent a car (expensive parkings) at all.Super value.

| This hotel is close to a strip of restraunts and shops that are upscale and chic. Cool place to walk and find many types of foods. Rich Miami atmosphere with a active night life. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area of Coral Gables and is a quick drive to the airport.

| For the most part nicely done. Great Staff and Service. Must have done some work in the bathroom, because some carpentry work ended up being sloppy.

| My parents and I stayed here from 4/16-4/20 2006. Our reason for visiting Miami was for my mother's eye surgery at Bascom-Palmer rather than vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and the staff throughout our stay was professional and friendly. We were treated like family that you actually like. The room was spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Our only complaint was that there is not adequate drawer space, but this is a small matter. Given the hotel's location in Coral Gables, it appears to be more geared to the business traveller. We only ate at the main restaurant for breakfast and preferred the lobby lounge for late evening snacks. We tended to eat our lunches away from the hotel. There are other restaurants within walking distance. The location of the hotel is in nice, but may be too quiet for families or vacationers looking for the excitement of Miami Beach. For our purposes, this hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return.

| The hotel was beautiful and the service was fabulous. A great spot to stay if you need something centrally located in Coral Gables. The pool area really felt like a little oasis right in the middle of town.

| This Hotel is strickly for Business Travelers, it was very annoying because there was construction all the time next door and big cranes right over our heads, it was a very low key town, nothing for travelers, very pretty place in Coral Gables but very dead.
