| This suite was a good size, especially at this price. It was kept clean daily. However, the staff in the office left something to be desired. If you plan to eat or do work in your room this works out well. It is not in a great area so plan your eating, etc. ahead of time.

| The impression of the hotel staff was poor from the minute I checked in. Due to the traffic, I arrive later than expected. First, I was told there was no rooms. They could not guarantee a room for me even after the money came out of my account already. I was going to give them the confirmation number but they did not want it. Finally I got a room. The next day they ask me if I was staying another day and I told them yes I reserved for two nights. It just seems the staff did not know their job and it was a very frustrating experience.

| This hotel need major upgrade and maintenance work. Does not seem as if management/owners have invested any resources on the hotel plant recently and it is showing. Appears rundown and understaffed

| This hotel is actually an apartment complex that was converted into a hotel. My "hotel room" was actually a one bedroom apartment. But the hotel is dated and in need of some upgrades. The room was clean. Would be good for an extended stay with a refrigerator and oven. Newer hotels would be nicer, but the rate was very good.

| This hotel is close to where some family members live, so we've stayed there a couple of times. The people in reception have remembered us, and been warm and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and well stocked. We stay as often as we can.

| Big, apartementlike rooms that make you feel at home. Service is perfect, area is nice and breakfast is okay. Perfect for a great weekend in Dallas.
