Currently a taxi ride to town costs about 2.50 USD. The common area has a pool overlooking a man-made beach. Entry to the water is via a ladder. Coral heads can be seen from the beach, which offers excellent snorkeling. All units in the building have central air conditioning and a terrace or balcony off the living room and the master bedroom and afford a gorgeous view of the Caribbean and the nearby bay of downtown San Miguel. Each condo has the master bedroom and bath on the ocean side and the second bedroom and bathroom just behind it on the street side of the condo. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms with ocean view.
