| For the price you can get a more comfortable and more modern room elsewhere, though Las Huacas does have a certain charm with decorative touches that are missing in other comparable hotels. I had a suite and was dissatisfied because the "living room, kitchen" part of the suite, while attractive, had furniture that was so uncomfortable as to be unusable. Also, the kitchenette came with a few plates and glasses, but nothing else, so be prepared. The service was very prompt and friendly.
