| I was pleased with my stay at the Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland. The location was easy to find. The drop-off parking area in the front of the hotel was very small and we had the rear of our auto sticking out into traffic for several minutes before the attendent moved a auto for us to unload. After parking our car, every thing went smoothly for the next two days of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpfull, even when not asking for assistance. The room was comfortable and clean. The television had HOB for free, and all the local and cable stations (Weather Channel, CNN News, ect.). The bed was a new soft style, and I had no problem going to sleep. The linen was fresh and clean, and the room was well maintained. Every thing we wanted to do downtown in Cleveland was easy to get around to and we did not need our car for our two day visit.

| We were in town for a concert at the Music Hall and to see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Great location for both, right around the corner from the music hall. Friendly service and clean quiet room. Breakfast was complimentary even though we were late getting up. Super service, highly recommended.
