What to expect: Surrounded by gardens with palm trees, plants, and flowers, the six-story hotel has a tropical feel. The lobby features a bright carpet with orchid motifs, wicker-back chairs, and plenty of natural light. An abundance of fresh flowers adds color to the black-and-white columns, light-wood panels, and white-marble floor. Guests relaxing in the deep sofas and armchairs are a mix of business and leisure travelers.
Amenity highlights: A casual restaurant with a Mediterranean style offers indoor and outdoor dining, and guests choose between two lounges. Recreational facilities include a freeform outdoor pool and a fitness center with saunas and steam rooms. Palm’s Asian Brasserie - This casual restaurant has a Mediterranean feel, with flagstone floors, a low ceiling, colorful fruit-motif wall tiles, and salmon-hued chairs. An open kitchen and rotisserie prepare 80 dishes, including seafood and barbeque. Indoor and alfresco dining. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. TOPPS Lounge - White walls and low red sofas are surrounded by strobe lights and powerful speakers in a club lounge that features live local and international performers. Open nightly; cover charge. Limelight - A karaoke lounge with latticed wooden panels, low chairs, and mood lighting. Open from early until late evening; closed Sundays.

| Our room had a sofa bed in it, which turned out to be ideal for our children, who otherwise were going to sleep on the floor. Clean, in good shape. Staff very helpful about bringing towels and pillows. Arrived 3 AM, the help was appreciated. Not super close to the airport, but nothing is far away in Singapore.

| The hotel had excellent customer service. The rooms were in good shape, but I've stayed in better for a cheaper price. It did offer a shuttle to the main business district. I wouldn't recommend as a first choice.

| If you want to leave near the Orchard road but save some money, you can choose this hotel. They have the convenient free shuttle bus to Orchard almost every hour of the day. The room was old and not so good on maintenance. The drain of my sink is clogged. The bathroom is not very clean. But overall, it is all right for the price that you pay for.

| Hmm. Adequate but not great. On noisy main road, some ways from the shopping district. OK in a pinch if everywhere else is full.

| This hotel had excellent service. Accomodations were great for the price. It is a bit off the beaten path (5 minutes from downtown by taxi) but well worth the difference in cost. Our only complaint was our toilet - low water pressure made it difficult to flush entirely. Can lead to embarrassing situations...

| The room we were initially allocated was not clean, had a very noisy air con unit and overlooked a 6 lane highway. We were moved after 1 night to a slightly better room but not what I would consider to be deluxe. Wireless internet connectivity is in the lobby only which is not good at all. We travel to Asia frequently and I would not consider staying in another Copthorne hotel
