The resort was nice, the courses well cared for, and the food was outstanding. You should ask a few questions before renting a cottage as they are privately owned and subject to POA rules. For example, a pickup truck cannot be parked in front of your cottage overnight. We had to park our truck at the resort and use the complimentary shuttle service to go back and forth. The service was timely and appreciated. Also, the wireless internet access noted in the amenities is only available at the resort, not at the cottages. We had to sit in the lobby or restaurants to go online. Don't get me wrong, we wanted the cottage for privacy, extra bath and kitchen, but these other things detracted from our stay.

They need more people at their front desk. The lines of guests waiting are typically long. Overall, the front desk staff is a little weak. But, the hotel operators, and valet give optimal service!

I was traveling for business and oftentimes find the hotel fitness centers less than adequate. I was pleasantly surprised with the ammenities at this hotel. They have a full gym, lap pool, tennis courts and of course golf. My room had a great view of the golf course and private patio. It was comfortable, clean and relaxing.

This was not a 4-star resort. The service was horrible and/or non-existant. They charged service fees that I was not made aware of at check in. Finally we made these resevations 2 months in advance yet our room was not ready when we arrived at 10:30pm. We waited almost another hour, after a full day of flying across country. Sincerely unsatisfied!!

Very, very expensive and the expense was not justified. When dining, 18% gratuity included for everything so there was no incentive for the staff to even do an everage job, service was just terrible, restaurants were filthy and the food was even worse. Staff was rude and condescending. The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate 3 of the 4 nights we were there.... just not good at all.

This hotel that is sapposed be a 4 star I feel would not pass as a 2. The hotel was beautiful but the staff was not helpful in any was and bothered to be asked for help. I was in impressed with the look of the room but if you sat on toliet you take a chance of ending up on the floor. The cleaning staff would call you if you put a do not disturb sign out to find out when they could clean at 1000 am. They had a volleyball court with no volleyball because they said that people would steal it, come on it is a 4 star hotel buy a $8.00 ball. We tried to order room service they did not understand english and they messed up the order. Then when checking out they charged us in the golf shop for balls that we did not ever get and wanted us to find the ticket to straighten it out, how can I straighten out a bill that I did not even have. It is not worth the $$$.

This was a great resort, not just your normal hotel stay. The quiet, comfort was just what we wanted. Very close to Roger Dean Stadium. The only down side to this resort is the cost of meals at the resturants. So we ate out of the resort most of the time. The golf and the Spa was an expensive treat for our anniversary and well worth the experience.
