| We enjoyed our stay, however the beds are so close to the doors that you can hear the conversations of the people inside. It should be something that management might take into consideration to rectifying for a number of reasons. We loved the lounge, hot tub area and next time I would like to get a massage from the health spa.

| I was disappointed. This hotel should not be rated as 3 stars. It is very dated. Towels, linens and blankets are worn and very basic. Our Room was stuffy and overpowered by deodorizer. The staff was very friendly.

| Nice hotel, 2 miles from downtown. Staff are friendly. Has nice pool and whirlpool. Healthclub is $12 per day. On-site nightclub is busy on Fri and Sat. Restaurant is pricey. I usually stay here when I come to Santa Rosa

| I liked the pool at the Flamingo but they have an annoying system that you have to wear bracelets (sort of like an all-inclusive resort). The fitness center can only be used for a fee, which I found annoying. There is a supermarket within walking distance with a Starbuck's, which was convenient. The hotel/motel design was easy to navigate. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would return.

| The facility is rather old and looks dated in many respects, but it was clean and a good value. The pool is large for this size hotel, but the lounges and cushions need to replaced. The breakfast buffet was also a good vakye with hot and cold items available.

| The hotel was old and the decor was unattractive. Dumpster by our room. Very noisy. We could hear people walking above, talking in the halls, doors opening and closing (loudly). Thin walls! Bed was not very comfortable. Glad we didn't have to spend much time in our room. Just a very, very basic place to stay. We were surprised this hotel was rated 3 stars. Would stay here only if nothing else was available. Check-in was fine. Person was polite and accomodating. Room was clean - just run down.

| I guess this would be true of many hotels, but don't let the pictures fool you. This is not that nice of a hotel. It is clean, but the amenities are not up to par in my opinion.

| A great place to crash after a day at the wineries, this hotel has a bit of tacky(flamingo) and a bit of glitz(lobby colors) but great value if you are predominately sleeping and showering.
