| I was in Paris for five days vacation with the wife followed by a trade show at the Paris Expo center. We stayed at the Yllen Effel for the vacation part of the trip, although we found it to be a great hotel for the money for a vacation--particulary if you're the type who basically uses a Parisian hotel just to sleep--I would highly reccommend this hotel for somebody attending a show at the Paris Expo. The hotel is right across the street from the Metro and only three stations away from the Expo center. The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful and English speaking. For what we paid, I'd say it was a good value

| Our stay at this hotel was probably the worst of our trip through five countries. It had a previous review of all 5's so I booked it and our room was so small for two of us that we only had room to put out one bag each to open. The bathroom also was rediculously small. The staff was not very friendly either. We asked them to call about a tour we booked that was to pick us up at the hotel, but were an hour late and they kept putting us off telling us just to keep waiting. The location I felt was too far away from any attractions. I would not recomend this hotel.

| Our room at the Yllen Hotel was perfect with 3 full windows. It was bright and very clean. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and they spoke English. We also enjoyed the breakfast room and had breakfast there everyday. Location of the hotel to the metro made our trip easier. I can't wait to go back to Paris and the Yllen Hotel.

| Very accomodating staff - kept our luggage before and after checkout so that we could sightsee up until flight time. The Metro station across the street is very convenient and you can ride the Metro to all sights. All primary attractions are closeby. Roomas are smaller than U.S. standards, but adequate for your needs. Recommend highly!
